For the off days, take a short walk down to the shared heated pool & hot tub, game room, or even onsite restaurant Frank's to watch the game. This lovely rental has a full kitchen for easy meal preparation and plenty of space for dining and lounging!

Located right on Sunday River Mountain, guests will be able to walk or ski to the ski lift and hit the slopes! In the surrounding areas, there are dozens of restaurants, breweries and grocery stores! This is a perfect spot for those looking to escape into nature! Grafton Notch State Park just a short drive away (about 23minutes) and offers rock and ice climbing. You can also visit the Maine Mineral and Gem Museum located right on Main Street and seven miles southeast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
