Beds are terrible. No service. Almost everyone we spoke to had negative feelings about the place. Won't stay here again. Met some great people who made the stay bearable including the bar staff.

Overall was a nice stay

We arrived at the condo and had never received a code to get in so I called the owner with no answer. A few minutes later he text me and said he'd meet me down by the pool area with my code and key card,we got the code but never did get a key card until the day before we was to checkout so that was a little frustrating. We get into the condo it's nice but could use some updating,very few kitchen items to use so I'd recommend bringing some extras if you can. Wasn't a broom or mop to clean with so we went and bought a cheap broom to use while there, we left it hopefully they leave it there for the next visitors,kitchen utensils were all dirty and the utensil drawer wasn't the cleanest,just minor stuff we could deal with it. Also only had 4 towels to use all week for 4 people good thing we brought extras. Had a pretty good view from the side balcony,

Last minute cancellation =ruined vacation

After arriving at the beach approximately 3 hrs before check in time I received an email that the owner had cancelled my reservation that I had since February and that I would receive a full refund but it could take up to 10 days. I called about the protection policy. After spending at least 3 hrs on the phone while panicking I was sent to a hotel over 20 miles away for the night. I had booked a 2 be condo for 4 adults and was put in a regular room with 2 full size beds. So we had to get another room which cost $400. It was my understanding that VRBO would find another accommodation for the rest of the week. At noon the next day I hadn’t heard anything and was unable to speak to anyone. We got 2 rooms at a low end hotel which took most of our spending money. I was never offered any other accommodations and I had been told that my money would be applied to the new accommodations. In the end I received my refund, but it was only $300 because I had originally financed my room and instead of getting my money back to go on another room it was returned to Affirm and interest was taken out and therefore I couldn’t apply it to the other accommodation’s. I would not recommend this to anyone. This owner should be ashamed. I hope he is never allowed to list again. And this policy that suppose to protect you is pretty much useless.

Not the greatest stay

There was bugs nothing to do dishes with no sponge, no extra toilet paper had to buy that and paper towels no extra towels when asked didn't get any or clean sheets just more could have been provided for an easier stay and was told I could have pets then almost got kicked out for it bc they weren't allowed

Beautiful condo with all the amenities you need.

Excellent location to the beach and restaurants. The condo has nice beds and bathroom. Was perfect for my 75 year old mother, fiancé and myself. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place to stay, Will.

NEVER AGAIN

No where did my husband and I see that we had to alert someone to get a key. Only got partial refund for a place and vrbo fee. I will never use this again. Had to pay over $600 for another room

Our stay at St Clements

The process of obtaining the property was easy. The email communication was difficult to read and access which lead to a problem in the beginning. Once we had our room keys the property wasn’t to bad. The condo needed some TLC and to be cleaned by someone who cared, not just a service that does is not vested. However, it wasn’t that bad. The worse thing was that the bed was awful and needed replacing and there were only 3 channels on the tv. Overall, it was doable.

Great stay! Right on the beach! Room was clean and check in/out went smooth!

Room was clean and check in/out went smooth. We didn't have any problems with anything. After figuring out the remotes, we watched TV. Overall a great stay.

Filthy

The shower curtain was covered with mold. The toilet had not been cleaned in quite some time. The kitchen is a joke and there isn't even a table and chairs to eat at. The bedsheets had blood on them. Just a total disaster. The washer and dryer were not in the apartment and required lots of quarters.

Great location

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in this place. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We did have some issues getting the checkin information and it was listed as a two bedroom but the second bed is in the living room. Overall it gave us what we needed for the weekend and we had a great trip.

St. Clements Carval

The location was great on the beach and perfect view. The condo wasn’t as big as we expected. The queen size bed is in the living room with the tv and the other room has a bed and a tv that doesn’t work. Whenever the property manager was contacted about the problem he didn’t seem to care. You only receive 4 towels for your stay and also 2 rolls of toilet paper but we only had 1 roll and a quarter of another and when contacted about the matter nothing was done. And also you can’t contact the front desk for anything you need you have to contact the property manager and he done very poorly while we were there. But over all besides the things mentioned we had a amazing time!

Will not return

I was not given check in information until I messaged the owner 30+ min after what was supposed to be the check in time. I was never given information on the amenities (lazy river, pool) that were supposed to be available, parking spots are near impossible to find and the place was very dirty. There was a used coffee bag covered in mold sitting on the counter behind the coffee pot, there was a dirty wash rag on the bathroom floor and mold on the wall, walls are so nasty you don't want to touch them and there was dog hair and large clumps of hair on the beds and the blankets have what looks like dried glue all over them. Had to message again to get information for checkout.

Stay Far Away

The best part was the oceanfront view. The smell of undetermined origin greeted us first--thanks to my Scentsy products, we addressed that issue. There was mildew on the shower curtain, the toilet seat was broken, the sheets in the front bedroom had not been changed, the carpet needed a deep clean, there were no coffee filters, and the unit had not been cleaned well. Parking was a huge issue since the underground parking garage is under repair. We will not be returning to this property.

Amazing view and great condo

Condo was amazing. The tv in smaller room had no cable but we didnt have to use it at all. Our 5 and 3 y/o had the time of their lives with the beach being a 1 minute walk from the condo. We liked that we had a kitchen to cook in and saved so much on food. Would stay here again.

Unclean Room

When I checked into my room the floors were not clean, carpet hadn't been clean, dust on the plants and vents, tub hadn't been cleaned out. I called the land lord about the sheets later that night be brought some to the door and I changed the bed. After 9pm Friday my key wouldn't allow me in the building. I called and text the landlord and no answer. Also I didn't have cleaning service because I was told the landlord didn't participate in the program. I wish I would know that before checking in due to the amount of money spent I would of stayed somewhere else.

Learn the hard way

There was no cleaning supplies. No broom, no mop for accidents. So call second bedroom was a queen size bed in the living room. The only real bedroom hardly enough room for the bed that was in the room. Heaven forbids if anything went between the bed and the wall. Retrieval was a nightmare.

Read the reviews before booking

Overall we had a good time. I must say however the check in process was quite a fiasco. Never have I ever never been given any check in information prior to my arrival. I reached out to them at the beginning of the day advised that I would be arriving just before 3 o’clock and that I had not received any check in information at that point. I was told that when I got close to text a certain number and everything would be taken care of. When I arrived I had text the person 10 minutes prior to my arrival still no answer, at this point after a 12 1/2 hour drive both of my children had to use the restroom. There are no public restrooms in the condo either. After several calls and texts I finally received a message to go to another condo and get my card there. When I arrived to the condo it was much smaller than I thought. Definitely not two bedrooms it is one big room with a bed and then a tiny bedroom in the back. For the price I feel it was OK however I really wish that the communication with the owner would have been better. As far as the comments and reviews regarding the cable and TV they are spot on. I was never able to even get the cable to work it was as of though they had no subscription. After a little working my husband was able to find a few digital signals so we at least had something to put on late at night before we went to bed. I was not looking for cable as a huge aspect of this trip as we were visiting and visiting friends and family that live nearby however I don’t think that you should say you have it if indeed you don’t. A lot of the issues could’ve been resolved if the communication with the owner was better. Usually when we rent from one of these sites there are instructions for check-in checkout process where to leave keys things like that, nothing was ever set up for this room and after several attempts to contact the owner regarding the television we were never contacted back. Very disappointed in the lack of communication between the renter and I. Parking is definitely very tight especially if you’re driving a pick up truck like myself. We were able to find spots every night but one we parked on the road and luckily we’re not ticketed.The cleaning team could also do a better job throughout our stay we found two random socks under beds and couches and also a bag and receipt from takeout from a renter previous to us. Again for the price I was not expecting Taj Mahal but I was expecting a clean efficient working condo.

Condo 501

This is a great condo, we enjoyed staying here. Once the kids figured out how to use the 3 remotes they was good to go. Convenient to the beach and there is a great grill and small bar close to the pool. Seemed to be a hopping spot for this area. But the door at the front of the building never allowed anyone, not just our key to open the door., after a certain time. The trash in the hall smelled badly and was never was cleaned out. And when I did see someone and requested extra towels, I was told I would be charged for them. I had to go buy toilet paper since no extra was left and not a new roll either. I will say these concerns was mostly outside this condo and my family enjoyed it and would stay here again. Small things like this can be changed or can be fixed.

The property is decent and the building is ocean front, but the actual condo faces mostly away from the beach. We got no information on how to check-in and so spent over an hour waiting around trying to figure out what to do. VRBO had to contact owner as my attempts didn't get anywhere. The condo was decent, but there was a used coffee pod and dirty coffee cup on the counter when we arrived. Bring your own paper towels and dish soap as well. Also a tip: you have to turn the cable box on by hand to watch TV. None of the remote power buttons worked. My IT guy boyfriend had to troubleshoot the sound bar, but once it was working, it has great sound. Living room bed is much more comfortable than back bedroom bed.
