Enjoy your vacation stay at Emerald Pointe Resort in our nostalgic bungalow!

Come and relax in our nostalgic bungalow that comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms +bunk/ den. Master bedroom sleeps 2 with queen bed with bathroom/laundry. Front bedroom sleeps 2 with bunk beds with access to hall bathroom. Cozy back den sleeps 3 with single bunk and futon plus bathroom. Front den also has a futon. Emerald Pointe is a quaint resort with clubhouse (ping pong table) plus 2 pools and a hot tub within walking distance of the unit. This is in a gated community and there are rules and regulations any fines incurred by tenant will be doubled and the tenant will be responsible for paying fines. This is also a no pet unit. Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. You must check in at the clubhouse when arriving.

Spring getaway

We love this community, stayed in a different rental before but this rental surpasses all of them. Owners are great to work with even last minute booking. Would recommend to anyone & everyone!!

I do not recommend this rental!!

This rental looks great in pictures but doesn’t measure up in person. First of all, it DOES NOT have central a/c. It has two PTAC units and a small window unit and a few fans. They simply cannot keep up with the heat that comes with July in Florida. It was completely miserable from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm….I’m talking full body sweat turning you into a grump miserable! We contacted the owners and they sent a guy out but all he did was wash the filters but it was still hot in the house the next day. The back den appears to be an add on that has zero insulation. That room seriously felt like a sauna the entire time we were there. There is no way that anyone could sleep in there comfortably. There was a strong sewer odor at the front on the house that would come and go. The ceiling in the living room leaked when it rained. The place was not clean. The bathrooms are tiny and the bathroom off of the back den was so hot it couldn’t even be used. We were only able to get two of the five TV’s to work and one in the living room’s highest volume was so low you couldn’t hear it unless the rest of the house was completely silent. Book somewhere else if planning a summer trip unless you want to have a heat stroke!!

THE WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER RENT

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE. SERIOUSLY, RUN!!! This is absolutely the WORST rental I have ever stayed at. It was completely filthy. There were stains on the sheets when we arrived, we had to strip the beds and wash them and then remake the beds. There was dirty clothes left under the bunk beds from a previous renter, also something had been spilled under the bunk beds that hadn’t been cleaned up which brought in ants. There were leaks in the ceiling, spilling onto the tile floor which is a fall hazard. Also, a leak falling onto the futon in the first living room, the cushion was wet. There was a thick layer of dust on every ceiling fan and most surfaces. The shower in the “master” bedroom was filthy, had dirt and someone else’s hair wiped all over the walls of it. The makeshift bathroom put up in the middle of the second living area was atrocious. That shower was built partly with wood and there was FUNGUS growing in the shower. Now, let’s get to the structure….. this trailer was just haphazardly cobbled together, there is NOTHING that’s to code. The makeshift bathroom in the middle of the trailer has pegboard walls, the door only stays closed by using the hook lock and there is one on the outside and one on the inside to keep it closed. There door can barely be opened because nothing is level and it gets caught on the floor. The master bedroom’s floor is not level, it slopes. The walls in the master bedroom are peeling away from whatever they were placed against. You can barely get to the toilet in the master bath as there is limited space between the sink and the shower to actually squeeze through. We contacted the owner the evening we arrived to address these issues and after we realized there was no hot water. He did return our call promptly and told us that the hot water could be turned on by flipping a switch in the kitchen (who would have guessed). He said he would be by the next day (Friday) so that we could point out our issues with the cleanliness of the rental, but didn’t actually show up until Saturday late morning. When shown the issues that we had with the cleanliness of the rental he just continued to repeat that he cleans his rentals himself so things like this don’t happen, because he doesn’t trust anyone else to do it. He did not offer to re-clean or have someone else clean the rental, he simply left stating that he had to get back to his other job. We were offered a $50 gift card in an attempt to resolve the situation, we declined

Panama City stay

This house is exactly as the pictures show. Actually it is actually more spacious then the pictures look. I was worried because we had 5 adults and 2 kids but it was perfect. The owners are awesome and were easy to reach when we needed them.

More than Expected

This is the biggest little place I've ever stayed in. There are more areas to get comfortable and relax here than in most places twice the size. I was here for 4 nights and I was still finding/noticing new things when I was loading my vehicle to leave. Very unique! Very relaxing! So quiet and convenient. I can recommend without hesitation.

Quintessential Beach House

This is literally what comes to mind for a beach house. Roomy with 3 bathrooms full kitchen and large living room. The whole place is decked out in cool odds and ends really giving you the feel of the area. Right around the corner from one of the best breakfast spots in the city and close enough to the bridge and back beach to easily move around town. Excellent if you're in town to go fishing as well being 6 minutes from Captain Andersons Marina.

Home away from home

Definitely didn’t expect the “home” feeling we got once we entered the place. Very convenient to where we were staying, very quiet for our vacation and the owners were very nice as well as “on point”. Definitely will plan again very soon
