Cute, Cozy Spot to Stay in PB

This rental was easy to book and communication with owners was a breeze! We had 3 adults staying here and it was a bit of a tight fit, but we made it work. This place would be excellent for 2 people - just the right size. We enjoyed being able to use the parking spot, but also found parking easily out front. We were able to walk around the area easily and enjoyed being able to do a load of laundry before we left. This rental has everything you need - extra blankets, pillows, beach towels, heaters and the kitchen is well stocked.

Great Location!

This little condo was just what we needed. The location was a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants near by. Highly recommend Enoteca Adriano! Fabulous Italian food. The bed was also very comfy (super important for us). The only thing we needed to go by was bar soap. We didnā€™t bring our own. The hand soap was also pretty marginal, but otherwise all was good!

Exceptional Host

Great location & nice little condo. Best host ever..... our unit heat was blowing freezing cold air on a rare cold SD night. Carlton moved us to a warmer (much larger) unit and was so kind and hospitable about the whole situation. Truly shocked us and we were so grateful! Nice New Years getaway!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Joselyn and Carltonā€™s place is very clean and everything we needed while visiting family in Pacific beach. We would stay again when we come back to San Diego!

Rental as described and very clean

Rental was clean, organized, and included all necessary amenities for a few week stay. See pictures for accurate details of the rental. The surrounding property was also well kept and parking was convenient. I was unable to figure out the heat but San Diego weather solved that problem!

Excellent Property and Convenient Location

This place was clean, comfortable and up-to-date with all of the amenities for a pleasant vacation. It is just three-blocks to the beach and an easy walk to Pacific Beach for dining, shopping and entertainment - but, still far enough away for some peace and quiet. We were greeted by a pleasant lavender scent on arrival plus there were bottled water and snacks on the dining table. Air conditioning and heating worked very well. Fast wireless Internet access. Fully equipped kitchen. Filtered water dispenser inside the refrigerator (a big plus). We had a chance to meet Carlton (the owner) on the property Saturday morning. What a nice guy! Great to know that he personally oversees these rental units. Definitely recommended for travelers to San Diego.

California House

I rented this property for 5 nights with my significant other and we were very pleased with everything about our stay. The place was very clean upon arrival, and felt very safe and comfortable. The owners were very nice and accommodating, and very easy to get ahold of with any questions. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked very well with useful utensils etc. Very great location too, only about 3 streets from the beach, and restaurants all around. Also only about a 10 minute drive to La Jolla. Would stay here again, definitely enjoyed ourselves! It was great being able to find a place with air conditioning and our own parking spot.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo had everything we needed including beach towels, pillows and extra blankets, and all the kitchen tools youā€™d ever need. On the dining table, we were pleasantly surprised to see a nice welcome message on a binder of local maps/guides and an assortment of complimentary snacks and bottled water. The parking space was really nice to have as parking is a little difficult in the area. The owners were very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Carlton went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The unit had everything you could need, and it all felt brand new. And the location was perfect - walking distance to everything PB has to offer. 10/10 would recommend.
