Charming 25m² studio (featuring pine furniture, wooden flooring, and mountain-style fabrics). Large balcony with a magnificent mountain view. Fully equipped for comfort (dishwasher, combi-microwave with grill, raclette and fondue sets, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, LCD TV with digital channels, hairdryer). Bathtub/shower; private ski locker on the ground floor.
No Wi-Fi in the unit, but access keys are available via the tourist office.
The pull-out sofa converts into a double bed. The bunk beds are separated from the main living area by a wall with a curtain.
The four mattresses, duvets, and pillows are new (December 2023) and fitted with protective covers. Refurbishment work was carried out in the summer of 2026.
NEW SERVICE: Beds will be made upon your arrival. Bath towels and kitchen linens are also provided. Cleaning is included in the rental price and will be carried out by the agency managing key handover.
Rental will be possible in the summer starting in 2027.
The residence is located on Rue de Gebroulaz, opposite shops and restaurants. You can put on your skis just 50 meters from the residence.
Rated by the tourist office. Situated at the rear of the "Les Névés" building—the quiet side of the residence.
Free shuttle bus stop right in front of the building (shuttle circulating within Val Thorens).
This apartment is located in Europe's highest resort, guaranteeing exceptional snow conditions throughout the season. Val Thorens is part of the Trois Vallées (Three Valleys) area and belongs to the largest ski region in the world.
