Half a floor: one bedroom with double bed, one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds and convertible, a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the ground floor: an independent studio with a large living room with open fitted kitchen and 2 seater sofa bed. A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and WC.

All on a very quiet plot of 3000 m2 with games for children (tree house, mini tree climbing course, ...) and a semi-buried swimming pool with beach and pergolas with kitchen area (plancha, deckchair, table and chairs ...).

The house is located between the old medieval village (10 mins walk) Châteauneuf de Mazenc and the village La Bégude de Mazenc (15 mins walk or 2 mins by car). Shops (bakery, tobacco, pharmacy, etc.), large park and a municipal swimming pool at La Bégude de Mazenc.

Many possible visits. 20 minutes from Montélimar and Grignan, 12 minutes from Dieulefit.
