An automatic gate secures access to the villa and a parking space where cars can be parked easily.

On the ground floor, the villa consists of a living room with TV open onto the outdoor terraces.
The kitchen surrounded by a bar has a breathtaking view of the Grand Anse beach and the sea. It is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, hob, gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, outdoor barbecue, etc.)

A laundry room is at your disposal including a second fridge, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The outdoor terrace is equipped with a large dining table, a contemporary garden furniture, sun loungers overlooking the infinity pool and an outdoor shower.

THE ROOMS
Villa Key West can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 spacious bedrooms (about 22 m² each with a 160cm double bed) and air-conditioned upstairs.
They all have a wardrobe, a private bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilets.
The 3 bedrooms offer you a magnificent view of the sea.

This villa is ideally located for travelers wishing to discover the South of Martinique or diving and snorkeling enthusiasts.
Along the Grand Anse beach you will find many restaurants and diving clubs.

A small convenience store will allow you to do extra shopping on foot.
The villa is less than 15 minutes by car from Trois Ilets where you will find many restaurants / bars, casino, shops, golf course, horse riding center ...

Access to the beautiful beaches of Trois Ilets, Diamant and Anses d'Arlet is quick and direct.
