The backyard oasis is impressive, offering a large private pool for lazy sunny days or a hot tub for relaxing evenings! Fenced-in natural vegetation backyard, offering a 16X32 Pool and a Hot Tub! There are plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing by the pool.

Top level: Besides the gorgeous ocean views, the top level also features a great room with slider doors that open to the oceanside deck! Enjoy sunrises and ocean breezes while having breakfast! The kitchen and dining area are also located on the top level, along with a king-size bedroom and a full bathroom. Afternoon with a great novel!

Middle level: The mid-level is where you will find a king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 singles, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a regular bunk, and 2 full bathrooms.

Bottom level: There is a game room with a pool table, which is perfect for family game nights or a quiet

The laundry room is located at the entry level of the house.

Great house and location, poor housekeeping

Our stay was great. We really enjoyed the house and location. The only negative was the cleanliness when we arrived. There were dog hair balls throughout the house that we had to vacuum and actually had sand in the beds. On the one twin bed there actually was a shoe print of sand on the sheet when we removed the bedspread. But other than that, it was a great week ad will consider renting again next year.

Amazing stay!

We were blown away by the property and proximity to the ocean. We LOVED the giant yard and so did our dogs! The pool and hot tub were immaculate and we loved every minute. Will DEFINITELY be back!

Perfect location and a great house for a smaller family with a dog. Nothing fancy, but who needs fancy when your location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and the nature trail, and quick bike ride to the Corolla Lighthouse, Whalehead, a few restaurants, and most importantly the Beer Garden.

Perfect Corolla house for us!

This house is in the perfect location, just across the street from the beach and within a minute or two to the lighthouse, park and restaurants, as well as the 4x4. The hot tub was a bonus and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. The house was very clean. We will be back.

Great beach house!

We had a great stay at this beach house with extended family! Property was clean when we arrived, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. We noticed 2 loose porch rails on the upstairs deck, and property management sent someone right over to secure them. Convenient location, beautiful ocean views, well-equipped kitchen, and we loved that our pup could come with us. I have a feeling we will be staying here again!

Puppy Palace

This house was perfect for my family and especially for our dog! It was wonderful to walk around the neighborhood, a quick jaunt to the beach and the huge fenced in back yard was the icing on the cake! It was an older home, but one that I felt comfortable in with a pet. Thanks for sharing your home.

Wonderful getaway

House was very well equipped. The distance to the beach is a very short 1 min walk and beautiful views from the home. The house could use some updating but was very clean upon our arrival and the maintenance manager answered emails with any questions or issues almost immediately.

Cooperā€™s Annual Beach Trip

This was our second stay and it was even better than last year. This year my older sister (we are all seniors) joined us and really enjoyed her stay. This house and huge backyard is perfect for pet loving parents. Our 2-yr old mini Aussie ā€œCooperā€ loved playing in the backyard. Iā€™m still sore from throwing balls and frisbees all week and our daily walks in the neighborhood and the beach. One of the best trips ever and we will continue to make this an annual trip that includes our four legged family member.

Perfect place for our family beach week!

This was a great home for our family! This was our first time in OBX and we've got two little ones (ages 4 and 6). They were so excited about the whole time. The great thing about it was that it was right across from the beach so it was an easy walk to and from. We could also see the ocean from the home and we saw dolphins more than once. The house was clean, the pool was the perfect depth level for our little ones, we loved the hot tub too. The house was in the less busier part of OBX and it felt like a small town neighborhood feel. Plus we were only 10 minutes from the wild horses reserve so it was great to take the kids there. The only thing that is outdated about the home is the bathrooms.

This home was in the perfect location, the home wasnā€™t the best looking home in the neighborhood but it has everything you need for a nice vacation. It was clean, had good space. However the negative was that the gas as well as the charcoal grill could not be used, this was a downer. The owner needs to consider putting some money into the home to make it a gem. The check in was easy, the property management was great. If you are a house in a wonderful location and donā€™t need all the jazz this is it! By the way, this property accepts pets and you would never know it. Thank you

Dog friendly

Be prepared for an old and dated house. But, I would rent again. You're so close to the beach, access is just 2 houses down. Though not beachfront, you have great ocean winds and sun rises. The back yard is what I love the most. It's massive and fendced in, the dogs had so much fun chasing each other and playing fetch. Then they would relax in the shade while we hung out in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Being off the main road and secluded, allowed the dogs to be off leash and really enjoy their surroundings. Also, the whole family really enjoyed the pool table.

Great relaxing week in Corolla

We had a lovely time staying at this property in Corolla last week. I noticed a previous renter mentioned that several things were broken -- it appears that they have all been fixed -- we didn't have any issues (although we didn't use the hot tub so I can't speak to that). The house is a bit older and the landscaping is overgrown, but everything was just as pictured. It was all very comfortable and we loved the location -- it is on the same street as the beach and just a couple minute walk. I'm not sure if this is pandemic thing, but the sheets/towels are all from a service and they are very basic so if you want nicer ones I would recommend bringing them from home. Also, there are not potholders so definitely bring those!

Wonderful House and Views

This house was perfect for our family of eight and 2 dogs. We had ample space for everyone and a ton of deck room. One drawback was there wasnā€™t enough deck furniture on the main deck facing the ocean, and no furniture on the deck off the master suite upstairs. The pool was terrific and very clean upon our arrival. There was a heavy rain on Tuesday, and company came out to clean it on Wednesday. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. There was only one fridge and it was on the smaller side, but we had a big cooler to keep drinks cold so it wasnā€™t really a problem. The walk to the beach was very quick- I counted 170 steps from the driveway to the entrance walk on the beach šŸ˜Š Overall we had a great time and would recommend this home!

Great Location but pet owners beware - yard is not fido friendly

We were really excited to stay at this home because it was advertised as pet friendly with a big backyard. Unfortunately, the yard just wasn't usable for our dogs. It's full of sandspurs, and while it looks like the owners have tried to treat them (the centers were brown), there were still so many that they stuck in our dogs' paws, which was painful. They also clung to towels and clothes, making it tough for us to enjoy the space. What was disappointing is that the neighboring yards were perfectly fineā€”our dogs had no issues walking out front or in nearby areas. The problem really seemed to be concentrated in this backyard. There were also a couple of safety concerns for pets. Two pieces of wood were missing from the upper deck railing (tucked behind benches), but they left a gap big enough that our small dog could have slipped through. Because of that and the yard, we had to keep the dogs inside for most of the trip, which wasn't what we had hoped for. When we arrived, we also noticed a few housekeeping thingsā€”the kitchen floor was sandy, and there were some chalky-looking stains on a chair and the floor beside it. We cleaned those up ourselves, but it did take away from the first impression. We also found a strange object under a nightstand when plugging in a CPAP machine. The rental office picked it up after a few Days but we were never told what it was, which left us wondering. On the positive side, the location is fantastic. The house is close to stores, with easy access to two different beach walkways. The beach itself is beautiful, and the house offered plenty of beds and space for our group. Inside, while it shows some age, it's clear the owners have done upkeep and updating. Overall, we loved the beach and the location of the home, but if you're booking with pets (or kids who like to play outside), it's important to know the backyard isn't really safe or comfortable for them right now.

Donā€™t believe

Donā€™t believe what you see online with this house. I booked it because it was older and had character. However, day one I had to call in an entire punch list of damages, I had to clean the house because though we love dogs the entire house was covered with dog hair (not my dogs hair because I left them at home), and the landscaping hasnā€™t been done in who knows how long. The potential for this property is great. The execution is horrible. So this is what we found 2 toilets running, wrong size linens, not enough towels, dog hair everywhere and I do mean everywhere, window screens ripped, broken drawer, noisy refrigerator, knives that wonā€™t cut, broke table with screws sticking up, dust everywhere, no dust pan, broken chair in game room, outdated stereo and TVs, the fence-fell down, and hot tub didnā€™t work properly. So disappointed. Please give this beautiful house some love and attention.
