Country house panoramic view 5km from the beaches of Bandol and Castellet

Our house is located in the heart of the vineyards of Bandol, 5km from the beaches of Bandol and Sanary, the medieval village of Castellet (one of the most beautiful village in France) and its famous circuit Paul Ricard, 5 km from Beausset and its shops. Country house very quiet, 100m2 on two levels, on the heights of the map of Castellet surrounded by a large plot of 2000m2. Ideal for two families (8 people maximum).
We rent mainly by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, especially in July and August, but do not hesitate to contact us for long or arrivals on weekdays (2 nights minimum) outside the summer periods.

THE GROUND FLOOR is composed of:
-A lounge, air-conditioned dining room with sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player.
A large bay window overlooking a beautiful terrace facing south, enjoying a very clear view, a dining area with garden furniture is protected from the sun by a canopy. Parasols and sun loungers are at your disposal. The terrassse is closed by a gate for the safety of the little ones.
-a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, mini oven, dishwasher, hotplates (butane gas.)
-a large room with a bed of 140.
-a small bathroom with a shower.
-a separate toilet
A miller's ladder located in the living room overlooking the attic (not accessible) may be safe for children.

THE GARDEN FLOOR, accessible by an external staircase is composed of a hall serving:
- a double room (partition and curtain of separation) with two beds of 140 and a small water point.
-A second bedroom with a bed of 140 and a bed of 90 and a small sink area.
-a small bathroom with a shower and a toilet sanibroyeur
-a cellar with a second fridge and a washing machine.

THE GARDEN restanques offers many wooded areas and includes:
-a parking space for 3 cars.
- lounge chairs, garden furniture and parasols
-Ping pong table
-balançoires
- little cabin for the little ones
- children's games .....

The rental period is 7 days minimum, from Saturday to Saturday.(except if the house is vacant before or after the desired week). Contact us, in case of specific requests.
The linen is not provided but a linen rental is possible (10 € the pair).
A deposit check of 500 € For 7 days or 800 € For 15 days, you will be asked on your arrival, as well as a check for 50 € for the household which will be returned to you on your departure after the inventory of fixtures.
