Located on the pristine beaches of Casuarina Point, Casuarina Sea Breeze opens its arms to your warm & relaxing beach vacation. The beautiful turquoise water and white sandy beaches are located out your beach front door and offer a host of activities.


Casuarina Sea Breeze is a spacious vacation rental with beach side access for viewing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The reef located off Casuarina Point offers great protection for your beach enjoyment. The beautiful shallow, clear waters slope out gently for wonderful beach & water activities. A 16' Carolina Skiff is included for your tropical vacation. Double & single kayaks, & paddleboards are included and a variety of beach toys as well.


The Cherokee Sound area is a wonderful playground to explore with your skiff. Enjoy some of the world's best deep-sea fishing with guide services. DIY fishing can also be enjoyed from your front beach door, or with the Carolina skiff in the Sound area.

Casuarina Sea Breeze is a WATERFRONT beach property with beautiful sandy beaches and turquoise water are located outside the sunroom deck. Your family or group will savor the many options available outside your beach door to include snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, beach combing for shells, building sand castles or exploring the Sound area to view sea life. Or....just enjoy a beautiful long beach walk.


Casuarina Sea Breeze is fully furnished with everything you will need for your tropical get-away. We provide many of the essentials so you can travel light! The fully furnished and equipped kitchen provides an opportunity to prepare your catch of the day or great Bahamian restaurant dining is just minutes away. Allow one of the local Bahamian chefs to come to Casuarina Sea Breeze and cater your island specialty meal.

Island hop by ferry to the out islands of the Abaco's to experience the unique flavor each island has to offer for wonderful day trip excursions.

Our Cleaning Policy...We use steam cleaning in our regular cleaning process. Our steam cleaning process cleans at 260-293 degrees Fah. This method of cleaning adds a layer of confidence and trust in safely cleaning and sanitizing our home.

Additional Information….Casuarina Sea Breeze has minimal steps for accessing the home; 3 steps on the street side and 1 step on the beach side. We encourage our guests to rent a car to fully enjoy everything the island has to offer.

We have stayed at many vrbo's in the Caribbean over the years and this spot exceed our expectations and was better than the description. You're literally right on the beach where it's practically to yourself. The house was Immaculate and had everything you would need. We didn't have the time to use the skiff boat but that's a huge Advantage for this place. Bob and Janice are such great people and so willing to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

July 8-15 at Casuarina Point

We could not have been any more pleased with our recent stay in Casuarina Point. The house is extremely clean and well appointed, the beach is beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts are very thorough and receptive. This was a family trip to celebrate our oldest going to college and it was the perfect place to enjoy each other and remember what is important.

A slice of paradise

Our vacation far exceeded everything we could have ever wanted. Ms. Janice and Mr. Bob were phenomenal hosts. They made it their personal goal to ensure everything we wanted to do and see was available to us. From coordinating early check-in, car rental, highchair/crib for the wild man and more! The home is perfectly situated from anything busy, turn the clocks off and operate off where the sun is in the sky. The home was well stocked for any cooking needs, every toy imaginable for the water play was available. It is a rental where you arrive and relax. The local ppl of the Abacos are proud and resilient community. The Island has been permanently scarred by Hurricane Dorian but everything smiling face asked how we heard of their island and happily invites us back to their beautiful island. Don’t waste another moment on Nassau or Freeport, this slice of island paradise and home are everything you are looking for a more. Janice and Bob thank you so so much for this great vacation and we cannot wait to return with friends. Much appreciated from our beach in Pine Knoll Shores NC to yours.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was one of the best vacations we have had as a family of four. The pre-arrival information was wonderful and prepared us for arriving on the island. The house is perfectly situated in a beautiful quiet neighborhood directly on the beach. The beach is breathtaking with sandbars and sea life all around. The house was well stocked with basics and very clean. I can not say enough about the wonderful advice Janice gave us on adventures. We will be telling everyone about this vacation and definitely plan to return.

Wonderful spot!

Janice and Bob have created a great place in the middle of paradise. The house was completely outfitted. It's off the beaten path so we did all our cooking in and didn't want for anything to prepare our meals. They have all the toys to enjoy the water and are only steps from the beach. We will be back!!

Relax and enjoy the view

Located on the beach. Long beachfront which was great to walk. During low tide, you can walk out on the sand bar and look for sand dollars, conch, starfish, crabs and shells. Turtles swam just off of the beach. The house/duplex was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed including common staples and spices. Kayaks, chairs, paddleboards, beach toys and a small boat are included too. It was so relaxing there and Janice and Bob were great hosts. We really enjoyed our stay there. The location was great and not too far from Big Bird market, they have gas too, and Marsh Harbour. Youll need a car to get around. Rent from Mitchell Hepburn, MMV Auto Express. Great communication,, responsive, and fair prices.

Serene, beautiful, such a joy to be there! House was lovely, comfy, roomy. Beautiful beach and water, Saw 5 people total during the week we were there. Down Time

Many vacations can seem as hectic as our daily lives. That is definitely not the case here. Imagine waking up to the gentle lapping of waves and nothing else. Now take your cup of coffee 15 steps out of your back door through the soft, white sugar sand, and snuggle down into a very comfortable beach chair. Spend some time just breathing. Watch sea turtles frolic in the seagrass just yards away while the blue-green (and oft times purple) cotton candy waters bury your toes in the sand. This can be your morning. Casaurina Sea Breeze was a leisurely 25-ish minute drive from the airport, so make sure to call ahead and have a rental car waiting for you. Grab your groceries (and I recommend jugs of filtered drinking water for any island) on the way out of Marsh Harbor and head south on the Great Abaco Highway towards your well-earned peace and quiet in a tropical paradise. The rental was beautifully appointed with everything you could want and the owners were very attentive and efficient. The attention and care they have put into the little things is quite apparent. Hands down, this was the cleanest rental I have stayed in yet. The community of Casuarina is small and very quiet. It is an excellent choice for families or those seeking peace. There is no one to entertain you here. The rental has an excellent choice of games and the wi-fi/ satellite is strong. There is a world-class stretch of beach & salt flat just steps off of your own porch. Enjoy being on island time!

College grad trip

Booked one side of this duplex for my sons grad trip. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms with showers (no tub). Loved 2 dining areas - one connected to kitchen and the other we used for puzzles & games. Kitchen was well equipped and the home was immaculate. Great advice from owner- if you fly in, grocery shop before you check in - Marsh Harbour is approx 30 min north and no Dollar Generals on any corner:) The boat thats furnished with the rental is awesome - it provides your fishing and snorkeling adventures :)

Amazing beach fun

Slice of Paradise

I feel like the pictures do not do justice. This place is AMAZING. It is everything that everyone has wrote and more. I feel like the pictures don't show how totally updated and beautiful and so comfortable it is. We felt at home right away. Having access to the kayaks and paddleboards is priceless, not to mention the skiff. Bob & Janice are wonderful people and truly care about their renters and giving everyone the best experience. Everything is fully stocked and makes your stay so comfortable and peaceful. Being directly on the beach, you could not ask for more. I am not one to repeat vacations, but we will be back!

On the Beach

Casuarina Sea Breeze raises the bar when it comes to a five-star rating. The kitchen has every appliance/utensil you could possibly need or want to cook any meal. Both bedrooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. The home is spotless and NOT worn out looking. Tons of thought and attention was paid to decorating on the inside. The house sits steps from the beach and the deck is super comfortable to sit on all day with the covering it provides. Just the perfect amount of sun and shade. The beach is clean, the water warm and shallow, and the boat and all the water toys are a plus. Bob and Janice were great hosts. They provided a comprehensive binder of any and all information you could possibly want about the island. We had the pleasure of getting to know them personally floating on our rafts in the ocean and they made us feel like family. This will ALWAYS be our go to place in Abaco! P.S. if you love jerk, take the time to visit Talkies for takeaway - it's awesome. KEEP LEFT!

Perfect House!

What a wonderful vacation! This house has it all! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The house was immaculate. Beds are super comfy. The beach access is literally 2 steps out the back porch. If you are looking for direct beach, book this property! I would definitely return! Perfect spot!

We had a wonderful time at Casuarina Seabreeze, the house and the location were outstanding! This was by far the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house has absolutely everything you could need-- every gadget/pot/pan you could want, plenty of beach towels, and so many small thoughtful touches that offer all the comforts of home. Janice and Bob have a very detailed binder describing the area and the house, and we had open communication throughout our stay if we had any questions. We loved being able to kayak and paddle board, but the Carolina Skiff is such an asset! We explored the Sound everyday. So many conchs, shells, sea biscuit sand dollars, starfish, sea turtles, stingrays, etc. We stopped and snorkeled around every little mangrove island we came upon, where often beautiful (empty) conchs were laying on the beaches. We found the snorkel spots Janice and Bob had on their map, beautiful coral and brightly colored fish! We also ventured to the Sawmill Sink Bluehole--totally worth the interesting drive to find it! Janice and Bob were spot-on with their recommendation to use Capt Walker Wong to take us out fishing. We only wish we had gone out the first full day of our trip! We had so much fish to eat that we had to give some away to our neighbors at the end of the vacation! We caught 7-8 different species of fish---by far our teenage son's highlight of the trip! In short, special house--special place! We hope to come back!

IT IS ALWAYS BETTER IN THE BAHAMAS! This statement seemed to ring true for us! After traveling to other tropical destinations, we felt that Abaco and Casuarina Point stood out as a tropical vacation destination. We purchased Casuarina Sea Breeze and completed a major remake of this wonderful beach front property. Casuarina Point and Casuarina Sea Breeze is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

After a career of outfitting in the high mountains of Wyoming and enjoying time spent with our many wonderful clients, we decided to share our found piece of paradise at sea level!

Being drawn to Casuarina Point, we came to love the pristine white sandy beaches, beautiful aqua waters and abundance of sea life located out our front beach door. The people of Abaco are eager to assist and welcome visitors in their friendly Bahamian way. Over the years we enjoyed exploring Abaco and the Out Islands for all the unique flavors they offer. There is so much to do!
