Situated on our private property where we have proudly lived for over 20 years, The Loft provides the perfect balance of privacy and comfort. Although located adjacent to our home, guests enjoy their own private entrance, living quarters, and private deck, allowing you to fully relax while overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds and tranquil pond views.

Start your morning with coffee on the private deck or unwind in the evening while enjoying the serene scenery visible from nearly every window. Itā€™s a peaceful place to recharge after a busy day ā€” and many guests find themselves wanting to return again and again.

Inside, the space features a comfortable one-bedroom layout with a queen bed, along with a twin bed located in the living room area for additional flexibility. Ceiling fans and Samsung Smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room provide added comfort and entertainment throughout your stay.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and extended stays, while a full bathroom with tub/shower combination and an in-unit full-size washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

This is a thoughtfully appointed and beautiful apartment in an enchanting setting. We lacked no conveniences. The deck was a huge bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and communication with them was simple and pleasant. This location is at the top of our list for our next trip.

This is a beautiful one bedroom apartment with all high end amenities and furnishings. Itā€™s close to all shopping and restaurants and located on a relaxing country property. The hosts were very nice and easy to reach if necessary. We will come again for sure.

Amazing spot close to WEC

A perfect self contained apartment with a peaceful view of the pond and garden. Super close to WEC. The loft was such a lovely quiet spot allowing me to get work done while my teen was at WEC during the day. Spacious living area, a well outfitted kitchen, great laundry facilities, bathroom with a tub and a super comfy bed. Our hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property

This property is absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about it. It is warm, cozy, welcoming and extremely well appointed. Charming decor. Great mattress, linens, and towels. The kitchen has everything you could need including the best chopping knife I have encountered outside of my own home. Great coffee bar. The property is spotless. The hosts were extremely friendly and very available. I had some scheduling mixups due to my errors and they accommodated my needs without any problem. They answered all communications promptly. I stayed here while attending a Horse Show at WEC and the location is perfect. It is a short 5 minute drive making early mornings and evening checks so easy. I stayed here in Feb and so I was not able to take advantage of the outdoor amenities. But the grounds are lovely including a pond with a fountain, gazebo, abundant outdoor seating and lounging areas, tables, and grill. Honestly just fantastic. I will definitely be returning. :-)

Great Property for WEC Trips

This property was perfect for my tween daughter and I during our recent trip to WEC. It was very clean, comfortable and cute! We really enjoyed the beautiful landscape as well. The hosts were super nice and we LOVED the location. I could easily go back and forth between the property and the horse show for work calls and meals. We both agreed that this will be our go-to place for future trips to WEC. Thank you for having us!!!

Beautiful and Quiet

The property was amazing and the price was far lower than other comparables in the same area. We stayed for 4 nights while attending the Springfield Antique show and look forward to returning again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Place for WEC Shows

This property was exactly as described and the host very accomodating. Clean, convenient, comfortable & cozy! Our Party of 4 stayed here while showing at the World Equestrian Center for a 4-day show. The property location was just a few minutes away from the WEC and the beautiful, serene setting was a bonus. This will definitely be our go-to place when in Wilmington. See you next year!

Quiet and cozy

ACute and clean space, with quiet countryside appeal. Just a few minutes down the road from WEC making trips back and forth super easy. Heath and Trish are fantastic hosts, they were great to work with even accommodated a few last minute requests I had during the stay. The unit is well appointed and I would definitely stay again!

In town for a show at WEC, this is around a mile away. Very clean, had everything I needed. Comfy bed, soft sheets, fluffy towels! Very friendly and helpful host!

Great property!

The condo was perfect for our horse show weekend. Heath was great to work with and the property is beautiful. Everything you need is there and they thought of all the details. You donā€™t need to worry about bringing a thing. He even has coffee waiting for you and a beautiful private deck yo enjoy it on. We will absolutely be coming back. It takes 3 minutes to get to WEC which was perfect for those early horse show mornings.

Lovely location near World Equestrian Center

This is a wonderful property with a beautiful view very near the World Equestrian Center. It's well appointed with a full kitchen and laundry (great for equestrians). I recommend it over WEC's Home Away from Home properties. Heath is a terrific host and I highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here again if we return to WEC Ohio. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful property

We stayed 2 nights, property manager was very helpful and friendly. We had 4 adults and there was plenty of room. We were very lucky with the weather so we were able to enjoy the decks that look out on a beautiful property. The apartments themselves are very nice and had everything we needed.
