Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

Great place to stay.

We loved the whole place. We rented the beach chairs and it was so nice to have them set up every morning. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice to have the flags up right at the beach entrance.

Girls Trip

The property was just as described online and met all of our expectations plus some!! We love staying at Phoenix properties!! The beach and water was beautiful even after Tropical Storm Barry!! We look forward to returning!

Great location

We only stayed 3 days. The location was perfect. The condo was a little dark and needed some updating. Overall it was pretty good.

They have activities every day that you can sign up for. From pickle ball, water aerobics, to playing cards. A good place to meet new friends.

Condo stay at beach.

Beach and pool were great. Condo could benefit from a good cleaning. Had issues with door code ,which were immediately addressed, but was given 4 different code before being able to unlock door. Overall stay was good.

Our review

This is a nice condo with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. However, the 2 chairs in the living room are well worn and need replacing and the chaise on the balcony is torn. The large pool is great and the view of the gulf is beautiful. Overall, this is a comfortable condo.

Spectacular views and a great location!

This unit is an excellent choice in a great location. It's right on the beach with access to many local favorites very nearby. Everyone in the hotel, both staff and guests alike, were friendly and the staff was helpful to take care of any needs. This particular beach location was not very crowded and is a great spot to walk, swim, or just lounge. The balcony had spectacular views and the condo was very comfortable. Communication with our host contained everything you needed to know ahead of time without any surprises. Definitely worth a return trip!

Check in went smoothly. Kitchen had a decent amount of pans, utensils, etc it had no seasonings. Not even salt and pepper. I would not have mentioned this, except for the fact that info says that there will be enough seasonings to get us started. As far as cleanliness- it could have been better. I was particularly disturbed by ceiling fan in master bedroom. It was very dirty. Despite the above mentioned issues, this place had a great view. Everything can be forgotten when you have that view. I would stay here again.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We’re so glad check-in was smooth, the kitchen had what you needed for meals, and that amazing view helped make your trip special—it’s hard to beat, isn’t it? Just to clear things up, the digital guestbook lists exactly what’s included in the starter pack, and seasonings aren’t part of that. We remove perishables like salt and pepper between stays for cleanliness and to keep any “uninvited guests” (the creepy-crawly kind!) from joining your beach getaway. We’ll make sure the ceiling fan gets some extra attention, and we really appreciate you saying you’d stay with us again. That’s the best feedback we can get!

Property was in a good location and staff was very friendly room was very clean only complaint would be it was cool out and would have loved to use sauna and hot tub that wasn’t made available just told they were out of order not sure why if it was due to covid but fitness was and you just wipe down equipment

Another good time

We’ve been to the Orange Beach many times so we know what to expect. This was no different. The town continues to grow and offers most of what any beach town would. We were a little disappointed in the condo only because it feels like it needs some updating; paint, finishes,etc. We don’t really spend much time inside so it’s not that major a deal. We always enjoy our time down there.

The Smith Vacation

I did like the location and area. I did had some problems with the code to the door didn’t work when we got there had to wait about 10 min then they had to resend another code. Later that day both TV’s in the rooms didn’t work no signal on tv all 4 days we where there and call for help with it. The shower water didn’t get hot. Needs a little upgrade. But other then that I will stay there again. Really enjoyed the view.

Nice location but poorly cleaned and inspected

After arriving we noticed what appeared to be dog vomit behind the front bedroom door, dead bugs behind a chair in the living room and a broken but functional dishwasher (right front wheel). I would recommend re-evaluating your cleaning and inspection services they did a very poor job on this unit. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Nice building, unit needs some TLC

The building itself is really well maintained with great beach access and a nice big pool. (The fitness room is barely adequate if you're creative.) This particular unit, though needs some work.- When we checked-in, the unit had been "cleaned", but several things, including making the beds had not been done. And the linens to make one of the beds had not been washed.- Which led to the discovery that the washer was broke. (It was not fixed during our stay even though maintenance came to service it.)- The stovetop did not work reliably. Maintenance worker said it needed replaced.- There was a broken end table turned on its side rather than replaced.

Great location

Upgrades needed, pillows were flat, mattress sunken in the middle, shower dial was hard to turn, bedroom carpet needed cleaning, didn't get a chance to eat my 13.00 dollar ice cream due to refrigerator failure and it melted, however they did fix the frig immediately when notified, but didn't reimburse me for the lost, screen doors did not slide open or close easily and the indoor pool was shut down, I was able to use the next buildings pool area which was inconvenient but an option, the view from the balcony was awesome, the front desk and the maintenance line was awesome. The noise above our room from possible construction was annoying and too any remotes to operate the television. The lobby and entry to the pool and beach is very nice as well as the staff.

Nice place but kind of dirty

Overall, it was a nice condo, but whoever is cleaning it is doing a terrible job. The floors felt slimy under my feet, there were hairs in the bathtubs, the dishwasher had not been run since the last visitor and there was dirty silverware with food stuck on it still (smelled horrible when I opened it). I did my best to wipe down the bathrooms and kitchen with disinfectant wipes brought from home. I should've Swiffered the floors too, but I said "screw it," this is my VACATION dammit. Oh, and the extra blankets in the master bedroom closet smelled funky. We will not be back to that particular condo.

Beach vacation 2022

Beautiful views of the gulf and great amenities at the complex. Convenient to restaurants and stores for a quick trip out in the evenings for dinner. We enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach.

Great Location! Pictures were exactly as it was. Beds were comfy and balcony was great!

Not a bad place

Overall a nice place to stay. The sofa bed is all springs, the kitchen could use some better pans to cook. Had to dry clothes at least 2-3 times before they would dry completely. Maybe the heating element is going out. We loved the large pool and short walk to the beach. We stayed on 10th floor and the view was beautiful.
