Great Place to stay

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. It's in walking distance of everything you would want to do. The room was very clean and comfy and the staff was very kind! We definitely plan on going back!

Perfect Location & Good Price

Ideal for a weekend trip to Clearwater. Close to the beach and restaurants. Heidi at check in is a gem.

Amazing Place

Location is excellent! Beach access right across the street. Pier, shopping, and dining all in walking distance! Highley recommended!

Great property. Close to everything thing. I like the come and go as we like and no valet parking.

Very easy, convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and good amenities. We will stay again soon.

Quick Getaway

We had a great time in Clearwater and Pelican Pointe was exactly as advertised. It is close to everything and perfectly located. It was perfect for what we were looking for and a very easy drive from the Tampa airport. We would stay again!

Great location. Most everything at your doorstep.

Location,location,location. Steps to the beach, dining and water sports. Parking was easy. Come and go very easily which can be a headache with valet parking only. The room was nice, clean and well appointed. Love the C W B.

Highly recommended

This place was absolutely wonderful everyone was very nice and the security man was excellent very friendly and felt very safe at this place. The only thing that was bad is we stayed for 4 nights and never got our room cleaned which was supposed to be clean everyday. But I did get clean towels when I asked housekeeping

Locked out of room for almost 3hrs

First time and last time using Vrbo. Not only did Vrbo fail horribly with 3 reps hanging up on me but so did the property. I was given a number to call upon check in, in case of getting locked out of the room bc it's card key, which was a number only good after 11pm...there was NO ONE in the office after 7:45pm, even though the listing clearly states there's someone available til 11 so we were left out of our room for 2.5hrs bc the key we took with us deactivated. Floors were filthy, back window leading to a shady alley was left unlocked upon check in. Boooooo to Vrbo and this company...I rather be overcharged lol, I can get money back , not time and this was a one day beach trip. Crazy bc I was so looking forward to giving a good review to this property. Location is pretty good and it was a cute room. Very disappointing, even an apology would've smoothed things over but nothing.

Hello Camille. Thank you for letting us know about the issues that you experienced during your recent stay at our property. Reviews like these give us an opportunity to address areas of improvement. We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met during your stay with us. Unfortunately, due to being short staff we had to cut our office hours temporary. We did have a sign posted on the lobby door with a number to call for emergencies between 8pm-11pm and a number to call after 11pm. We would like to apologize that this was miscommunicated with you and negatively effected your stay.

Great location. Walkable to everything.

We stayed here multiple times now. We really like the convenience to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. The unit is always clean and has the things you need. Great place.

Will stay again

We were there for a week and our room was clean and was supplied with everything we needed. The location was great, we could walk to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
