Welcome to this beautiful finca with two buildings, located in the rural surroundings of Inca. It has magnificent views of the countryside and has capacity for 8 people.
The outdoor spaces are superb. There is a saltwater 50 m2 pool, with a depth ranging from 0.5 m to 2.10 m and an integrated Jacuzzi and an area with running water, thanks to which you can relax and unwind from the daily routine and stress. There is an outdoor shower and 6 deck-chairs for sunbathing. In the exterior you will find a large fenced area with fruit trees. This property has two buildings, the main one and one by the pool. The main house has a fantastic furnished porch of 50 m2, perfect for spending unforgettable evenings outdoors with family and friends. Beside the porch, there is a large terrace of 60 m2 where the little kids can play safely, but always under the supervision of an adult. The building by the pool consists of a fixed barbecue, a large kitchen-dining room, a full bathroom and a laundry area. Thanks to this second building you have a more direct access to the pool and its surroundings.

This 290m2 house, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms: one double on the ground floor and three on the first floor (one double with an en-suite bathroom, one with bunk beds and one with a trundle bed). All bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot is available on request. There are four bathrooms that serve the entire house: one on ground floor with shower and the three on the first floor (one with whirlpool bath, one en-suite and a whirlpool shower, and another one with whirlpool shower). The house is equipped with oil central heating. The living-dining room, with air conditioning, is ideal for relaxing by watching satellite TV (German and French channels) or reading a good book. The dining room is a nice place to share lunch or dinner with your loved ones. The separate kitchen uses gas and is fully-equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The property is well connected so that in a few minutes you can reach Inca, a town with all possible amenities, including a wide variety of shops, restaurants, the traditional market every Thursday, etc. In Inca you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants serving fresh fish, high quality meat, pizza, pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus or traditional Mallorcan cuisine. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca’s main streets, which become a bustling place.

Around the finca, you will find different pathways that are perfect for walking, going on short excursions, cycling and climbing the Puig de Santa Magdalena, a hill with magnificent views over the whole island. It has a small chapel from the 13th century and a restaurant. Other pathways and tours can take you to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO) through small valleys or to the area known as Es Pla de Mallorca, a flatter area in the centre of the island.

Between 20:00h and 07:00h you can use the AC at no extra cost.
Heating is available from 6h to 9h in the morning and from 19h to midnight from November to March for a fee.
The Jacuzzi has only cold water, it can't be heated.

Sur le terrain juste à côté il y a 8 chiens enchaînés qui aboient beaucoup surtout la nuit ! Très bonne communication avec Hormerti. Bon séjour malgré l’environnement très bruyant dû à la présence de ces chiens !

A little taste of paradise!

Two weeks of bliss staying in this idyllic villa - Can Rovey The villa was perfect for our young family with everything we could wish for. The main house was spacious - a little dimly lit but really was like home from home. Quality furnishings and very comfortable. The separate pool house was a real bonus too. The gardens are amazing and obviously well maintained with beautiful palm trees and plants. The swimming pool was fantastic especially with the salt water (quite mild - not like sea water)as we found this much better than chlorine. Location is ideal if you like visiting different resorts as all can be reached with 20 to 40 mins by car. We would definitely return here again - highly recommended! Paul & Katie

Relaxing paradise at Can Rovey!

We arrived at Can Rovey (very easy to find from information supplied by Villa Finca) and from the moment we went through the impressive electric gates there was the wow factor! There are 2 buildings - the main house with everything you need and another large building by the pool that houses a very large, well equipped kitchen (extra to the one in the main house), a bathroom with power shower enclosure and toilet, an area for washing and drying clothes, and a huge outdoor cooking area with a pizza oven and BBQ. But best of all is the garden, with amazing day bed that is so comfortable you'll never want to move and the amazing pool with jacuzzi at one end and waterfall at the other. The whole gardens are beautiful and very well tended. There are chickens, geese and ducks at the end of the garden that seem to have about half an acre to roam in among lemon trees and lots of other fruit trees. There is just open farmland after that. At night the whole area comes alive with bat's and other animal sounds, but in a good way not an unnerving way. Don't worry, you don't have to look after the wildlife, the neighbours do that but you hardly notice they are there. There is also a hammock and swing seat that are comfy. There is table tennis too so families with older children will love it and the table at the front of the house would seat 3 families easily. The outdoor area and garden/pool would get a definite 5*review. The reason for my 4 * is that although the main house is beautiful it could be improved with nicer bedding sets, the decor needs a little upgrading and the whole interior is a little dark. Having said that, it really does have everything you need. The beds were comfy. Very good wifi. We booked this location as it's easy to get to everywhere in majorca if you have a car. If you don't have a car there is nothing close by that would keep you entertained. But we like villas that are beautiful and quiet, this is both of those. Only about 20 minutes from palma and about the same from pollensa. There is so much space that if you are sharing with another family you can easily find your own space for some peace and quiet. My husband wanted to sleep over in the garden on the day bed, lovely lighting in the garden after dark. But there were a few biting insects that liked us, so we didn't. But we stayed out there late on a couple of nights just staring at the stars that were so bright. Try it for yourself, if you want total peace and quiet but easy to get about
