A few steps from the beach, comfortable apartment on the first floor ( with lift ) has two double bedrooms, living area with full kitchen and living room with beautiful south facing terrace from which you can see the sea at only 50 meters, a good Wi-Fi is working in the flat. Two silent splits for air conditioning are in the flat one in the main bedroom and the other in the living area. A baby camp bed (60x120) and a high chair are available for babies (please ask for them before arrival) The apartment has a wall safe in the bedroom, two bathrooms the bigger one has shower and washing machine the other a service with sink and toilet adjacent to the second double bedroom.
In the southwards terrace there is a drying rack where everything can dry easily.
The heating is included in the fee in winter .
A regular use of the air conditioning is included
An intensive use of air conditioning , over 100 kw consume per week is to be paid at the cost of 0,50 euro per kw.
Visitor's tax , 1 euro per person per day, is to be paid cash.
The beddings and bath/kitchen towel are provided for 40 euro to be paid cash on arrival.
A GARAGE is available in the underground of the building with an automatic blind.
