Crystal Towers is a beautiful complex with stunning views of the Gulf. The ground floor has 3 swimming pools: a large outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, a fully-enclosed heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool with a lazy river.

This unit is located on the 15th floor allowing for spectacular views of the Gulf and local surroundings, with a balcony. It has direct elevator access to the room for your convenience. The first floor contains a large marble tiled lobby, sauna and fully-equipped fitness room with a heated pool and outdoor pool. A nice grill pavilion is available. Floor two contains the entrance to the beach club, a sitting area, card room and restroom at the beach. There is 24-hour on-site management, security and maintenance.

The Tower is located north of West Beach Boulevard and connected to a private beach club located on 100 feet of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach club is accessed from the Tower through the enclosed, air-conditioned walkway over West Beach Boulevard. No worrying about crossing the highway. Families live it. The beach club contains full restroom facilities, the swimming pool has a lazy river and is surrounded by a landscaped wraparound deck with a gated boardwalk leading to miles of Alabama's finest beaches.

Nearby is an amusement park, golf course and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Dolphin cruises, parasailing and boating activities are available.

Awesome Pools!

Great location with fantastic pools and hot tubs enjoyed by the whole family. This was key because the jellyfish made the beach unappealing to my kids.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had a great view of both resort pools and the beach. It was nice to be able to look down and see how busy the hot tubs were. Unfortunately, almost all of our week had red flags and the surf was rougher than we like. Condo was one of the blights of our trip.

Amazing Condo

This condo was beyond clean and everything we could possibly need was provided! Breathtaking view and quick, easy access to everything, pools, hot tubs, beach, etc. Minutes away from great dining, shopping and local attractions. Our host was also amazing! 10/10 will stay here and recommend to anyone!!

Sports Tournament Gold

We had a great stay, so much that we extended an extra day. We were in GS for a national softball tournament and our team all stayed at Crystal Towers. Our unit was ideal. The 05 units are the middle of the building and so you can see the ocean directly between the on beach properties. Being up on the 15th floor we had an amazing view. We had 2 teens and 2 adults, plenty of space for everyone. The hot water lasted through 4 showers in a row! There was always plenty of parking regardless of what time or day we were coming in and out. The carts available in the parking lot for loading and unloading are amazing and help with groceries and packing/unpacking. The unit had just about everything we could need. We ate in most of our meals and there is enough variety in cookware and dishes to make it all work. Each room has a ceiling fan which is ideal since many rentals don't have them. Plenty of towels and more than enough different blankets/pillows/linens for use on the beds and the couch if needed. The dressers and giant closets made storage easy even with all the extra softball equipment. The pools were nice and never felt crowded. The beach also didn't feel overly crowded. The covered walkway was great so you aren't running across the road dodging cars. The whole building is very disability friendly as well.

***Fantastic Beach Condo for our Fam of 4!!!***

First of all this was my first VRBO stay so I was a bit nervous on how the whole process worked. Kim was so kind and very responsive from before I had even booked. We came to Gulf Shores for my daughters softball tournament and we were within 15 min from the Gulf Shores Sports Complex. Very clear check-in details sent a week or so in advance. Condo was very clean and smelled great. Has everything you will need in the kitchen and bathrooms. I had read one review that mentioned to bring own bath towels because there weren’t many. I did, but there were PLENTY of all sizes of towels for my family of 4. Just need to bring beach towels. The skywalk is an amazing benefit. The views from the balcony are beautiful and so peaceful. My son slept on the pull-out couch. After the first night he did choose to use the air mattress we brought instead. There is PLENTY of extra linens/pillows and comforters. Beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. Bring a Fire Stick for the bedroom TV’s if you have them. The property felt very nice/clean and safe. There are 3 elevators and they were very efficient considering it is a high rise with 20 floors. It is about .25 miles from when you get off on floor 2 to putting feet in the ocean. Pool and hot tubs are great and never felt over crowded, even during peak times. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this condo and will definitely book with Kim again when we come back. If you are thinking about booking here…do it!

Great owner- condo front desk is not great

I do want to start by saying the owner was precious! She was so nice and was even able to let us in an hour early. Her place was just as described and clean. Cons: (not on the owner at all) 1. They only left us 5 towels when we were registered for 6 people. The front desk will not swap them and is not helpful at all. They told us we would just have to wash them every night if we wanted clean towels and would not give us additional towels. So heads up on this and bring something to wash the towels with. 2. I had asked for an additional parking pass since you only get 1. Owner said I could buy one at front desk. I go to front desk upon arrival and the lady was not the friendliest about it. Lecturing me about how she told the owners, asking me name of the owner and they know they do not sell passes. I was at a loss about what to do. She finally tells me she will sell me one but the owner knows better. She says it’s $35. I go to pay with my card and she refuses it and says I need to go get cash. So I go get cash and finally get the additional parking pass. So just as a heads up the front desk is not very helpful and is not able to really do much at all.

PG Baseball tournament

My family stayed here for the PG baseball tournament. The property for the most part was ok however there were a few things that bothered me. There was a weird smell in the condo, almost stale. Possibly from the old bedding and pillows in the master closet that smelled and were stained. The condo could be cleaned better as there was food stains on the kitchen cabinets, dust on fans and door frames, grim on baseboards and the underside of the microwave was gross. The master shower tub has signs of wear and has cracks on the floor. The master bed was very uncomfortable too. The condo could really use a good update and cleaning. Old holes in the walls and marks. Wasn’t terrible but definitely needs some love. The property itself was pretty nice. Pools were nice and access to the beach was good. Would have been better if the elevators on the beach side worked but no biggie for us.

Our view was perfect. We loved all the pool options and the skywalk to get to the beach. Condo was pretty well stocked with all amenities needed to cook. Close to shopping, the Hangout, and other fun things to do...but not so close that it was overcrowded.

Really enjoyed the walkway to the pool and beach. The location was in very close proximity to a lot of good restaurants including our favorite, Sunliner Diner. Having the pizza place, Janino’s, next door was very nice.

Family getaway.

Great property. Perfect location. My kid loved that he had an indoor pool cause the weather wasn’t the best. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Only hiccup was the door wouldn’t open but I text Kim and she sent me another code in just a few minutes and we were in. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo was very clean! Great view! Easy to get from parking to elevator. Kids loved the indoor pool! The walkway over the road to get to the beach side was fabulous! I was glad I brought a few of our own bath towels since there weren't many provided. Would definitely stay in this unit again!
