We can accommodate any party from a couple to 14 people here, so whether yours is a romantic break, an extended family group, or a holiday for friends, you'll find relaxed and comfortable accommodation for everyone; well-fitted kitchens and bathrooms - and plenty of space to spread out and relax on our three terraces and round the pool.

Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren drei Familien und mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und den großartigen Gastgebern. Nach der langen Anreise erwarteten uns bereits gekühltes Bier und eine Flasche Weißwein im Kühlschrank – eine wunderbare Geste! Sogar angeboten wurde, im Vorfeld das Nötigste für uns einzukaufen.Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei aber nie aufdringlich. Noch bevor wir morgens aufgewacht sind, waren die Mülltonnen geleert und der Pool gereinigt – ein Service, den man selten erlebt.Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Fantastic stay with my family

This house is the perfect place for a family vacation. The place is lovely and the views over the surroundings and mountains are amazing.I rented the house for me, my husband and our three grown-up children and their families, in total ten people.There is enough space both inside the house and outside the house. The pool area and the outdoor kitchen are fantastic. There are plenty of water toys for children. There is also a Boule court, a large outdoor chess set, as well as table tennis nets, paddles, and balls.The bedrooms are large with air conditioning and there are plenty of toilets and bathrooms. There are several spaces even indoors to socialize in. On the upper floor, there is a large kitchen with a big dining table. Outside the kitchen, there is a large terrace with chairs and tables, with a view over the pool area and the mountains.The house is clean and cozy with a lovely garden. It is located near the sea, takes less than 10 minutes, by car, to Le Morge, a fantastic sandy beach.Everything you need is here. Kate and Paul are perfect hosts. This is a house you want to come back to.

Fabulous Vila and Landloards

Kate and Paul were great landlords. The villa with large pool, great garden and great surroundings was in perfect fabulous condition. Everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. All recommendations from Kate she gave us regarding restaurants, fish market and excursion destinations were accurate. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend the villa. Bravo

Fabulous week in Torino di Sangro, Abruzzo

We all had a wonderful week at Villa Fruttnoce, in the beautiful Abruzzo region. Kate and Paul were absolutely wonderful hosts . What they have built is an outstanding beautiful home in Torino di Sangro, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. All of your needs were taken care of, from booking reservations at restaurants, recommendations for day trips to having additional uk plug in bedrooms. We were a family of 9 adults of 3 generations from 81 to 23. We all had a wonderful week relaxing by the pool , playing chess and boules , there was something for everyone . We especially loved having Max and Molly (private chef) coming to the villa to cook a glorious 4 course meal , eating outside on the terrace with spectacular views of the mountains. They went the extra mile with decorations and gift for my daughter’s birthday. We definitely will return.

Fantastic stay in fruttanoce villa

We spent a fantastic week in Fruttanoce Villas, Kate and Paul have been wondefull guests, very helpfull, reactive and preventive to all our requests. The house is really amazing, we were 12 persons with plenty of room, it has been designed and build with a high sense of details and focus on functionality. The terrace is gorgious to see the sunset, the pool is big enough for adults and teen agers .. and the rooms are so well equiped. Probably the best place we've stayed at in Europe (France, Spain, Italy) ... Do not hesitate one second to book for your next vacations !!! Thanks again to Kate and Paul

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt Torino di Sangro Fruttanoce

Es war ein echt toller Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich klasse, räumlich großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist ein Highlight und auch sonst hat die Unterkunft einige Extras. Die Vermieter sind super nett und dezent, wenn du hilfreiche Informationen benötigst bist du bei Kate und Paul Jennings an der richtigen Adresse. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und zum Meer sind es mit dem Auto wirklich nur 5 Minuten. Ich würde jeder Zeit dort wieder buchen ist einfach das Geld wert. Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gibt es, gegenüber des Areals ist ein Haus wo mehrere Hunde auf dem Gelände leben. Da kam es auch schon öfters vor, dass die Hunde sehr intensiv in der Nacht gebellt haben. Wir sind sehr tierlieb, wenn du allerdings einen leichten Schlaf hast, könnte das zum Problem werden.

Bellissima villa con piscina e un grande barbecue a gas

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Kate. Siamo rimasti 2 settimane, nove persone. Tutte le stanze erano già pronte. La villa è molto grande e ben arredata. La piscina è fantastica e Kate la pulisce ogni mattina. Specialmente la seconda settimana faceva molto caldo ed eravamo spesso in piscina. Chi non voleva venire al mare poteva restare benissimo tutto il giorno a casa su una sdraia e godersi la piscina e la bellissima vista. Bisogna avere una macchina. Chi vuole potrebbe anche prendere un taxi, specialmente se la sera si vuole bere un bicchiere di vino locale a cena. Per un ristorante vicino sono almeno 15 minuti in macchina. Per colazione ci mettevamo al grande tavolo sulla terrazza e ci svegliavamo lentamente. Per cena uscivamo per andare a mangiare in un ristorante vicino o facevamo una grillata. Abbiamo visitato Vasto, Ortona e San Giovanni in Venere. Vale la pena ! La nostra famiglia è originaria della regione e sono anche venuti a visitarci dei parenti, c’è abbastanza posto. Siamo stati molto bene, grazie a Kate e Paul.

Torino di Sangro Villa

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! Kate was the perfect host - so friendly and helpful - such a delight! She helped us with everything we needed from groceries, directions, suggestions for activities, and arranging a local chef to prepare dinner. The Villa itself was beautiful inside and out - spacious, very clean, well furnished and comfortable. No complaints except that we couldn't stay longer. Thank you Kate and Paul for a wonderful visit to your beautiful Villa! We hope to come again.

Pour des vacances inoubliables !

Nous avons passé des vacances en famille inoubliables à la villa Fruttanoce. Les photos et les commentaires sont un avant gout, la réalité est juste exceptionnelle. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Kate et Paul qui sont des hôtes formidables (discrets et disponibles pour nos demandes). Tout était parfait, la villa spacieuse et familiale est joliment décorée et entièrement équipée de tout confort pour se sentir comme chez soi. Et que dire des extérieures !! Une cuisine extérieure entièrement équipée, la piscine très propre est nettoyée tous les jours par Kate, un jardin également magnifiquement, entretenu et équipé de plusieurs activités de plein air. L’autre avantage de la villa est son emplacement, la mer, commerces et restaurants à 10 mm en voiture, bref que du bonheur !! Merci à Kate et Paul pour nos vacances incroyables si nous devons revenir dans cette belle région des Abruzzes ce sera à bientôt.

Beautiful villa close to the adriatic sea

If you read all the positive reviews the expectations are high too. But our week in Fruttanoce exceeded all our expectations! We were there as a group of 3 couples with 4 children On arrival we were warmly welcomed and shown around by the owner. She made us feel right at home. The villa also had everything to feel at home, it was nicely decorated and fully equipped . The outdoor kitchen was great, the pool was clean and was also cleaned during our stay. The garden was also beautifully maintained and equipped with several outdoor activities. Another great advantage is the location of the villa. Close to the sea where you have the choice of sandy beaches, stone beaches, busy or quiet beaches. You can also go to the mountains, an hour's drive you are at 2000m altitude. Let me also not forget to say that we ate very tasty and not expensive everywhere in the vicinity of the villa (max 15min drive with car) Kate, Paul, thanks from all of us, we had a great holiday!

Amazing stay!

We had the most wonderful stay att villa Fruttanoce. Kate and Paul are amazing hosts! The house had everything we needed and it was clean and fresh, the outdoor with the pool area and boule was absolutly stunning. The house is located perfect, near to the beach and grocery store. Its a wonderful place, no turists (only Italian turists) Thank you so much for having us Kate & Paul!

Awesome rxperience

Fruttanace Villa was absolutely wonderful. It was great to come back from a day of exploration to lounge in the pool. The setting is absolutely gorgeous and very close to the beach. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. They were so helpful but also non-intrusive. Kate arranged for us all to have massages at the villa and even decorated with balloons and banner on my birthday. They absolutely went above and beyond! Will definitely be back.

Große Villa strandnah mitten in Natur

Wir waren mit 3 Familien mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern Anfang Oktober 2021 in der Villa. Es war herrlich. Obwohl wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Jeder hatte ausreichend Platz für sich. Die Vermieter Kate und Paul sind sehr nett. Ihr Haus ist direkt nebenan, aber sie sind super dezent und nett. Die Barbecue Küche draußen mit dem großen Gasgrill und dem Poolbereich ist ein Traum. Im Schuppen haben wir so viele tolle Wasserspielzeuge gefunden. Man hat an alles gedacht. Wir haben auch die Boulebahn mit den Kindern gerne benutzt. Die Natur um das Haus ist sehr schön. Rund herum sind Weingüter. Wir durften die Feigen pflücken und die waren super lecker. Der schöne breite Sandstrand ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Kiesstrand ist dichter, ca. 45 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der ist aber nicht so schön wie der Sandstrand. Wir hatten trotz Unwetters einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen nochmals sehr gerne wieder.

Perfekte Unterkunft für große Gruppen und Familien

Es handelt sich um ein großes, sehr gepflegtes Landgut mit viel Platz für bis zu 12 Personen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. An dem überdachten Außensitz findet sich ein großer Gasgrill an dem man problemlos für große Gruppen grillen kann. Die Besitzer wohnen in einem extra Gebäude auf dem Grundstück und sind extrem hilfsbereit aber gleichzeitig auch sehr diskret und unaufdringlich. Der nächste Supermarkt so wie der nächstgelegene Strand (Kies) sind mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt.

Genieten!

Wat een heerlijke plek bij lieve mensen! De villa was keurig netjes, het zwembad elke ochtend top verzorgd. De omgeving is prachtig maar je hoeft niet weg om te genieten van het glooiende landschap en de wijnvelden. De buitenkeuken was een echte luxe om de avond te verlengen. Een aanrader!

Wunderschöne 2 Wochen mit den besten Vermietern

Unfortunately, our time at Villa Fruttanoce passed far too quickly! We felt very comfortable with Kate and Paul! We are 3 families consisting of 6 adults and 6 children between the ages of 10 and 17 who have been traveling together for 10 years. Kate was definitely the best host so far! Regardless of the request or problem - feedback and advice from Kate came within minutes. Kate did reservations for tables for us in restaurants right by the sea (best pizza ever in "Da Rocco"!), both Kate and Paul took us to the final of the EM right on the beach - a wonderful experience (especially since Italy won!). We can't say thank you enough for it; all these experiences made our vacation very lively! The villa is beautifully located in the middle of the vineyards. Kate has a vegetable garden and we were allowed to harvest the tastiest tomatoes ever, as well as apricots fresh from the tree. Everything is very neat and clean, especially to mention is the ingenious outdoor kitchen right by the pool - and of course the grill. Actually we could go there again tomorrow! Book!

Semplicemente fantastico

Se cercate una fantastica location immersa nel verde con tutti i confort possibili , se sognate di far il bagno in piscina guardando il cielo è perché no in compagnia di un buon vino Rosato della campagna accanto , se cercate di riscoprire con i vostri amici momenti ludici e ricreativi tipo una partita a Risiko oppure una partita a bocce o perché no una partita a scacchi dovete semplicemente recarvi presso la Villa Fruttanoce . Troverete ad accogliervi Kate e Paul , vi ospiteranno con tutte le attenzioni possibili saranno cortesi ed attenti ad ogni vostra esigenza . Respirete in atmosfera particolare e serena , avrete l’opportunità di rallentare le vostre abitudini e la possibilità di apprezzare ogni angolo di questa bellissima location .

We wanted an adventure while we were still young and fit enough to enjoy it, therefore we bought an Italian villa with potential and then had 5 fun packed, hard working, challenge breaking years turning it into the luxurious villa we have today and we are still talking to each other, so decided it would be fun to share with others.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We chose this location because it seems to be in the centre of everything but with open views to the mountain and the all year green of the olive trees, it also gives you the impression that you are getting off life's treadmill for a while but is easy enough to get back on when you need/want/have to.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I think what we love about Abruzzo and hopefully you will to, is the untouched and uninfluenced feel Abruzzo has about itself. What you see is what you get. It is a working region not gearing itself around tourism or other outside influences but has a natural beauty and elegance all of its own, including the friendly and welcoming locals.
