If we, Signature or the cleaning staff detects any evidence of smoking of any kind in this suite, you will be subject to mandatory eviction with no refund and we will charge you $500 and you agree to not dispute this if you rent this suite. Please be considerate of other guests and DO NOT RISK a smoking charge.

The Top 10 Floors at the MGM Signature are listed as Penthouses. This is a TRUE TOP FLOOR STRIP VIEW PENTHOUSE in Tower 3, (on Floor 38)the last tower built at the MGM Signature. Formerly owned by a Professional Basketball player and ESPN Commentator, this is the ACTUAL Jr. Suite Penthouse Suite you will get.

PLEASE Note: We are the owners of this suite and are able to offer it at competitive rates because we are owner managed and we use an independent, private cleaning service. There is no daily cleaning or supply services. MGM Signature does not service the unit or provide any services to the unit, except emergency maintenance. For more on this see below.

We offer hundreds off ($$$) from MGM Signature pricing on their website and you can not rent anything close to these Signature suites from anyone else! Look for the JR Suite Highest Floor on the MGM Signature website.

SERVICES provided: This is a privately owned suite and as required by MGM Signature, all such suites are cleaned and serviced by a private licensed, cleaning company. All linens are included as are starter supplies of paper products, shampoo and soaps.. Your reservation includes a check out clean only;. The MGM Signature does not service this suite or any privately owned, self managed suites. As such there is no daily cleaning or ability to request additional service items from the MGM Signature or us such as extra towels, extra paper products, coffee, or toiletries from the Signature. If you need extras we suggest you bring them or purchase them nearby. You may request a refresh or towel exchange during your stay at your cost subject to availability with our private cleaning company at prevailing rates. Their contact info is in the suite. Stays 7 nights or longer are allowed complimentary use of washer and dryers at the MGM Signature-ask about this option.

Must be 25 to book this condo. ID and credit card required to check in. Once paid in full, we will email you simple check in instructions and you will check in at the MGM Signature and have access to all Signature amenities. Please note: the person booking this property must be the person checking in with the Signature and ID is required. The Signature and we do not allow 3rd party bookings and as such we can not put the reservation in someone else's name.
