The house (85 m²) with the current deco industrial style, single-storey, non-terraced, accessible to people with reduced mobility, is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed 160 and flat screen tv and 1 with 2 single beds : all bed bases are new as well as mattresses memory form), a bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer, a large living area with the living room, flat screen TV (106 cm) and the stove, an open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, hood, toaster, kettle, traditional coffee and Senseo, fridge-freezer, ...).

Iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a garage where the washing machine is located and where you can drop bicycles, strollers, fishing equipment, surfboard, boots and waxed ...

You will be able to take advantage of the closed external ground (about 400 m ²) with terrace, living room of garden, deckchairs and barbecue!

Possibility to provide free cot, baby bath and high chair.

Beaches, golf, mini-golf, sailing school, equestrian center, casino, hiking trails (GR 34), Thalasso du Val-André, large aquarium of St-Malo are within walking distance to occupy your days!

The magnificent Cap-Fréhel (visit on foot or boat trip along the coast), Fort La Latte, Golden Sands, Erquy, Perros-Guirrec, Ploumanach (favorite village of the French in 2015), the island Bréhat, St-Cast-Le-Guildo, The Val-André and its Thalasso, St-Malo the corsair city, Dinan, Dinard and even the Mont St-Michel are very close for the days visits ...!
