- Please be aware that there may be connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home.
- This is a smoke-free property. Smoking will not be tolerated anywhere on the premises.
- Please be aware that the barn and the equipment around the barn are strictly off limits to guests.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool Service: Mondays and Fridays - Mid to Late Afternoon
- Pest Control: First Thursday of every month
- Landscaping: First Thursday of every month
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

The host was welcoming and communication was easy. The expansive floor to ceiling windows showed the amazing view of the mountains, especially at sunrise and the glow of the sunsets. Enjoyed our walks out on the trails and the swingset/large yard was so handy with our children.

Property was very well maintained and had a great view. Not a bad drive from Scottsdale. Plenty of room in the house to spread out and the huge windows allowed for great natural light. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place with great views

The home is beautiful and a large space. Location outside of Scottsdale, in a more remote area, peaceful and quiet. Spacious bedrooms, wonderful views, great pool and yard. However cleanliness needs improvement overall.

Beautiful, Relaxing, Property

This property is awesome if you want to get away from it all, but not have to rough it at all! Itā€™s far enough out that it is quiet and nobody is around to bother you, but itā€™s still close enough to access restaurants and shopping. The view and the pool are amazing. Both the house and property have lots of room.

This is a wonderful property- remote, but we liked it that way. Everything was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Oven getting a little worn as was the sofa. The upper deck was great. I would recommend it.

Very Nice Property and Home

If youā€™re staying this far out of town, youā€™re in the right place. This property has as much space as my two dogs ever needed. Spent hours walking and running them ragged around the grounds. Very nice home also very spacious with very nice floor plan and architecture. Rooftop deck, and the views from up there were wonderful in the afternoon (in January). Lots of peace and quiet.. a few people that come and go at the stables are also very respectful of your privacy. Pretty good drive into town and back, but would rent again in a heartbeat.

Company retreat in beautiful Arizona

This home was perfect for our company retreat! AvantStay helped us book transportation ahead of time from the airport and even stocked the fridge with food (and my personal favorite) Runa energy drinks to keep us alert and engaged the whole trip during our offsite. Secluded in the Arizona mountains by the Rio Grande, we felt like we were in our own slice of desert paradise! I booked this home because I wanted my team to have a true escape from the office - and it exceeded all expectations! The home was very private, with only one neighbor who was very nice and welcoming. The sunsets were amazing and we loved sitting by the outdoor fire pit and watching the stars come out. By far best retreat location for a company retreat in Arizona.

Dirty sheets in the master and guest bedroom. The house was nice but outdated and our overall stay was nice. But used sheets with hair and filth was a deal breaker right from the start. Can't over come that!!

Beautiful view in horse country

We loved our spring break vacation! The property is secluded in the desert. We could see the horses from our window. The view of the mountains and the sunrise were incredible. There is a horse trail riding place just 0.2 miles walk down the road. The pool is well maintained, but way too cold to use it in April! They told us it wasn't heated so we knew it might be. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook. The property managers were responsive to questions. The beds were comfy but very loud with any movement. The home finished are a little rundown, but still beautiful overall. The room with the two beds is a loft and the sounds carries through the house will the hard surfaces throughout, so it's not the best set up for the kids who went to bed before is adults. It's nice being out in the desert away from the city but it is a drive to go to a grocery store or restaurant.

I have to say I'm impressed with AvantStay's service and this property! This was a last minute trip for me and someone very special, we were looking for a getaway with a nice pool and lots of space outdoors for 2 large dogs, the property and service from AvantStay was remarkable. i.e. i noticed the grill igniter wasn't working and we had just bought meat to grill that evening... AvantStay promptly responded and had a lighter and a bottle of wine delivered within 60 minutes!! that's amazing service especially considering how far out this place is.... if you're looking for some peace and quiet in a beautiful setting supported by excellent customer service look no further and BOOK this property! A good staycation

We had someone issues getting into the property as we were given the wrong gate code and no code for the back door. Also didnā€™t like that in the description of the property it said nothing about no smoking ANYWHERE on the property, so this caused us to leave the property multiple times daily. There was also dirty towels in the washer and dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival...Other than that the house was beautiful, and had a lot of games for us to play. I would definitely recommended some throw blankets around the house and black our curtains as it is impossible to sleep in with the sun coming through the windows. The sitting area on the roof was our favorite place to hang out.

AvantStay beware

The property is as described and well-stocked for instant needs, great garden games. Great living room and pool. Our total disappointment is with the management Company, Anantstay. During our stay, our mothers assisted living facility called because of the coronavirus pandemic asking us to collect her. We wrote, called and texted Avantstay for days to say we would need to leave because of the emergency and asking for a refund of the last few days of our stay.NOTHING! 4 days later they just said NO, meanwhile VRBO was saying 95% of owners were being flexible with all changes, stay adjustments, that clients needed because of the crisis, Well not Avantstay, they are in the 5% that did NOTHING. Renter's beware!

Incredible girls weekend away

The house was perfect for our 4 night girl's getaway. There were 7 of us staying here and the house was plenty big for all of us. Beds were super comfortable, the house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and clean. We were even able to do some laundry before we left with the detergent provided. The view was absolutely incredible from the rooftop patio. We watched the sun come up every morning together and it was breathtaking. The house is very secluded and we saw very few people while there, not even a neighbor. That being said, it also takes quite a while to get anywhere from the house. The house is on a dirt road and it's 15 minutes to the nearest gas station and a good 45 minutes to the airport. We drove up to Cave Creek one day for an excursion and that was a 30 minute drive as well. It didn't bother us, but something to take into consideration if you have kids that don't like being in vehicles or get carsick. Other than that we loved the home and can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Beautiful but some issues

There were a lot of great things about this property but some issues as well. The good: The home is beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were pretty well configured. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc making cooking there fun and easy. The bad: When booking, the listing mentioned that there was a heated pool, but didn't mention any additional fee to heat it. This stood out to us and was an attractive draw to this property. We only found out there was an additional fee AFTER booking our non-refundable stay. This was a disappointing surprise. It looks like the listing has been updated to now include this info, but the description has been changed since we booked our stay. We also had issues with the dishwasher and hot water in the kitchen. After reaching out to the property manager, we were told this would be tended to but the issue was not resolved during our stay.
