Upon your arrival we will be waiting to welcome you to the villa. We provide a generous welcome hamper so there’s no need to worry about going out shopping when you arrive – you can unwind and relax in the beautiful surroundings immediately upon arrival. Your Welcome Hamper includes items such as fresh fruit, fresh salad items, locally baked bread, cheese, ham, dips, crisps and biscuits, orange juice, soft drinks, wine, beer and water.

Villa Lefka has been carefully designed as a spacious and comfortable holiday home leaving guests feeling refreshed by its bright and airy design. The villa has the most wonderful garden and sea views through large sliding doors running the length of the property. With plenty of space for all your guests around the large dining table or choice of olive wood breakfast table or outdoor dining area it is ideal for catering at home. There are sofas and armchairs scattered throughout this exclusive property for pure indulgence and relaxation. The modern kitchen sits in between the formal dining area and the indoor breakfast area which leads directly out to covered outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a comfortable home needs plus there is an indoor BBQ and a traditional wood oven. Two Double Suites are located on the ground floor with king size double beds, en-suite bathrooms, comfy sofas and large sliding doors leading out to the garden and swimming pool.There is also a living room with a fireplace, flat screen TV with Satellite Channels plus a WC on the ground floor.
The staircase leads to three further bedrooms on the upper floor. The Family Suite with king size bed, comfy sofa with adjoining room with twin beds shares an en-suite bathroom with shower. Both rooms in the Family Suite have private balconies overlooking the sea and individual comfy sofas within the rooms. The impressive Master Suite has a large living room with comfy sofas and a private balcony with outdoor furniture for you to relax and enjoy the amazing sea views and sunsets. The king size double bed backs onto large windows ensuring gorgeous Mediterranean sunlight flood the room. The Italian tiled en-suite is made complete with its own bath with stand up shower Jet Jacuzzi system.
Taking the staircase to the lower floor we come to the sixth bedroom. The door opens into a large games room with table tennis, flat screen TV, DVD player lounge with comfy seating and table ideal for board games. The sixth bedroom with large double bed and en suite bathroom is reached through the games room and is ideal for children or teenagers.

Built and maintained with love and care

Villa Lefka was originally built as a summer retreat to get away from the busy metropolis that was Athens and to relax and enjoy the sun and sea with family and friends. The design was accomplished with the utmost comfort and quality in mind and then decorated with the greatest care.

The swimming pool is set in front of the villa and surrounded by well maintained lawn and gardens, on one side a covered area runs the length of the pool ensuring that you have the choice of sun or shade throughout the day. Swimming in the pool is a wonderful mix of the lush green of the garden and the brilliant blue of the Ionian Sea. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor showers. Guests may spend long lazy afternoons lying in the sun, enjoying a refreshing drink taking in the gorgeous view across the sea and the complete tranquility.
