They say no good deed goes unpunished. We took the liberty to upgrade you to a Bell Tent Suite with no additional cost. We took your emails at 3am (our time) to listen to your plight that you would not arrive until the following morning at 2am, well beyond our required 6pm deadline for checking in. We offered solutions such as a refund to cancel the first night as well as to alter the dates in consideration for all involved, including our additional guests on site. But you remained insistent on arriving at 2am to an off grid glamp set in rural/remote Arizona. The off grid accommodations are all outfitted with candles, candle lanterns, a flashlight, LED lantern and a solar light. Our descriptions of bathrooms and showering are in the listing material and these descriptions are also sent via email immediately upon booking. No surprises if one takes the time to read them. As a small intimate eco friendly glamping hotel we have a set amount of spaces per unit. Your desire to leave your second vehicle at the ranch well past check out is not something we allow. We were VERY accommodating towards you.
