This exquisite Escondido home nestled in a quiet and safe cul de sac. Two story home built in 2020. Approximately 1,600 sq ft, furnished 3 BR, 2.5 bath, with a large open balcony. Entry-level master bedroom & full bath. High ceilings, bright and open living space with great natural light. Luxury vinyl and porcelain tile flooring. The house is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and offers a peaceful, quiet, picturesque, and relaxing ambiance. The large balcony on the 2nd floor offers stunning views!

This home features upgraded kitchen with quartz countertop, new stainless steel appliances, and modern white cabinets. Large screen TV in the living room. High-speed WiFi available. Multi-zone ductless air conditioning/heating in every room. Complimentary Keurig coffee + teas. Picnic table and BBQ grill located in the backyard. Whole house water filtration and salt-free water conditioning. Drinkable water from
every faucet.

This home is a great place for a family vacation! Perfect house for respectful families.

Other Things To Note:

Check-In: after 6 PM.
Depending on the day of the week an earlier check-in time might be available upon request.

Check-Out: before 11 AM.
Please contact host if you need an earlier check-in time OR a later check-out time.

Check-In Process:
The day of check-in please keep your host posted of your arrival time. Your host will meet and greet you upon arrival to give you a quick tour of the property.

Parking: Guests can park up to 2 cars on the driveway. The driveway is steep so please be careful when pulling up. Please park on the street if your car could be leaking oil. There is a $400 cleaning fee for any oil, food, drinks, or grease stains on the driveway. Street parking is available.

Laundry: Washer/Dryer is available to guests staying longer than 4 nights at an additional cost $10 per load.

No garage access. Garage is being used as storage.

Strictly NO parties/events hosting. If looking to entertain and create outdoor late night noise, please look elsewhere.

No day time visitors due to liability reasons. All guests staying overnight must be part of the initial reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

Property was exactly as described on VRBO. That isn't always the case, so we are appreciative. Many amenities, such as games and patio/roof furniture made the property more comfortable than just a crash pad for the weekend. Would stay here again.

This home was perfect for our stay! Great layout for us (3 adult siblings) with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was VERY clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a really nice view from the balcony. It was rainy while there so we didn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked but..next time. We appreciated all of the little extras. The host clearly went out of their way to create a warm, inviting space. Communication with the host was great and check in was easy. We travel to the area once or twice a year to visit family and we look forward to renting again on future visits!

The property was just as advertised. Sydnie met us when we arrived and showed us around the place. The house was very comfortable and inviting. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings. We will definitely book again for our next visit!

Wonderful Family Gathering Space

A perfect home base for extended family members attending a destination wedding in Rancho Santa Fe. Great gathering spaces to enjoy time together and enough private spaces to be away from everyone when we wanted. It made the wedding weekend an extra special time for all of us!

Great Property

The owner met us for check in and allowed us to come earlier than posted. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was close to shopping, dining, and freeways to our activities. I would highly recommend this property.

Niece wedding in Ramona

Good stay! Not a big deal but was surprised to learn The hosts live next door. If you’re attending a wedding at Woodson Castle it’s 30mins away. Really about 30 minutes from everything, downtown, beach in LaJolla which we traveled to during our stay. We Especially enjoyed the view from the balcony.

Beautiful Home & Location

This lovely home was perfect for our stay in the San Diego area. The hosts Sydnie and Andy were wonderful to work with and responsive to any needs. The home was immaculate, clean and well equipped for our 1 week stay. The home was spacious and worked well for our group of 5 adults. The location was beautiful and is located close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping. It was easy to drive to San Diego, Oceanside and other area attractions. Would highly recommend this home and host.

Home Away From Home

Thank you Syndie∧y for a wonderful stay! You have a beautiful home, the pictures were exactly as pictured. All the comforts of home in another city. Super Clean, great kitchen, and even the beds were great! I normally try to stay away from comments on beds to each their own but these were great! Will be back for sure if you're place is available when we come back!

Very clean, nice views!

Received a personal check in when we arrived. Everything was super clean and the place had comfortable beds. We liked the mini-split ac in all rooms. Very nice views from the deck. Only suggestions/comments are, and they are probably nitpicky, but the fabric softener was really strong on the towels and sheets. Also, careful because you could potentially lock yourself out on the patio. Oops, my cousin ended up doing this in the morning but she texted us to let her in.

Ideal place for "girls"

We, a group of 70+ galpals, found Felicity to be the perfect spot to stay while we visited the San Diego area for a few days. Decorated beautifully, the home's three queen-sized beds were very comfortable. The kitchen/dining/living area accommodated us well as we ate breakfast, enjoyed a Happy Hour or watchef a movie after returning from dinner. Our hostess, Sydnie, responded to questions in a timely manner via email prior to our visit, and welcomed us in person when we arrived. This great location -- only 5-6 minutes from Rancho Bernardo -- is a plus, too.

Effortless, Clean and Amazing Stay

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this home in Escondido through VRBO, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire trip. The property itself is a hidden gem. It's not just a house; it's a home away from home. The attention to detail in every room and the beautiful decor made us feel like we had stepped into a luxury retreat. We appreciated the immaculate cleanliness and the thoughtfulness of the owners who provided all the essentials we needed for our stay. The highlight of our trip was, without a doubt was having breakfast on the upstairs deck taking in the breathtaking views that you won't find in a hotel. Whether we were sipping our morning coffee on the spacious deck or watching the sunset the scenery and fresh breeze was peaceful. We were also impressed with the property's location. It was conveniently close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, making it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The communication with the property owner was excellent. They were responsive to all our inquiries and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. We genuinely felt like valued guests.

Had a great stay. Hosts were extremely responsive! The driveway is insane, so I wouldn’t recommend that for anyone with mobility issues but the property was otherwise perfect for our group.

Great family stay

We booked this house for our family with two small kids and it was perfect. Sydnie thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. Kitchen was equipped to cook, the place was spotless and she left extra convenience items like k cups, additional towels and a pack n play for our little guy. Sydnie was easy to reach with questions. We enjoyed our time at her property.

It was great experience for a first timer. We were a little further from our target location.

Clean, super cute, and a zen of a time. Would have liked an opportunity to turn off the motion sensor in the backyard. Other than that great time.

Property was perfect location for destination wedding in Escondido. Property owner was nearby and came to meet for check-in and give a tour of the home. She was very gracious in allowing us to check in early since we needed to get ready for the rehearsal dinner. Property was clean and as pictured. Air conditioning worked well since it was 100+ the weekend we were there. Property listing was for up to 5 people, however 3 generous sized rooms with queen beds, could have accommodated 6. Would definitely stay again when in the area!
