Spacious 3 bedroom home. 12 min from UNC and near downtown

Our home is fully furnished with beautiful decor and comfortable beds. We have a California King bed and two queen size beds. The king and one queen size beds are Tempurpedic​​. The other queen bed is pillow top. All the amenities one needs. Just make sure to check closets, drawers and cabinets for any amenities you are looking for or call us to help you. Our home can sleep up to 6 individuals. We also have a beautiful back yard with a beautiful trees and flowers. Our home is located next to Funflex center where you and your family and friends can swim, workout, play tennis, racket ball, exercise classes and much more. We are super close to coffee shops and grocery stores. We are ​about 5-minute​ drive from Centerplace of Greeley shopping center. Where you will find a ​Target, Best Buy​, Hobby lobby, TJmax, Ross, Japanese restaurant, chick-fil-a, Fish Tacos, Good Times and so much more. Our home is super close to I-25 making it easy to get to Loveland, Carter Lake, ​Estates Park, Longmont, Boulder, Denver, the airport and Fort Collins.

Lastly, we have a family of small birds that decided to make home on our front porch area where the cameras are located. We tried to help them get a new home but for some reason they kept returning. So we gave in. We clean after their poop but sometimes nature calls and we can’t be there all the time to clean it. If you are not comfortable with having this in a rental then please do not book our home. We are nature lover and will not be taking their home down again. Thank you for being an amazing human either way and we look forward to hosting those who decide to book our beautiful home!

Jen was a great host! Easy to communicate with from the very first step. The home was very spacious and extremely clean. 100% family friendly The beds were very supportive -a little firmer than the mattresses we use at home, which we all enjoyed tremendously. The home was easy to find and the entry keypad very easy to use upon arrival. I was slightly worried that there would be a ‘cow smell’ in the area as people warned me about it (after I booked) but all was fine- absolutely no smell whatsoever :) The showers, especially in the primary bathroom, were amazing -great pressure and, again, extremely clean. The walk-in closet off the primary was fantastic. There was extra linens, blankets pillows in the hall closet that were helpful. The kitchen met all our needs a little perhaps loved a separate hot water bottle for making tea, but it has just taught me to travel with my own next time! There is a Lovely coffee machine. All in all we had a wonderful day it was 10 out of 10.

State High School Bowling Tournament Trip

It was nice to be in a newer neighborhood and very close to the bowling alley where our grandson competed at the State Tournament. The home was nice and the owners helped us with any concerns we had. We'd stay there again.

I would recommend this property. Everything was great.

Our overall experience with this property was amazing. I would suggest having more towels in linen closet, letting individuals know there are no tvs in other rooms unless you have a subscription and a chair out front to set on while putting shoes off and on. I would totally recommend and stay here again!

Great home base

We were in Greeley for my son's graduation from UNC. This house was great for us and our extended family. It was conveniently located between the restaurants in West Greeley and Loveland and the campus in East Greeley. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thanks!

Unfortunately the driveway was not maintained and was very icy. We found beds to be very hard for our liking and could use new bedding. Home needed a little TLC, but overall it worked okay for our group.

Hi Holly, Thank you for the review. After receiving your text at 4:11am asking to check in early on your arrival date we accepted your early checkin request, although we had tenants checking out that same day. But we made the effort to get our cleaning folks to hurry and get the place ready for you guys. Not sure if you are familiar with Colorado weather but we get random bipolar weather all the time and can not keep up with clearing out the driveway this is why we leave a shovel for guests in case snow arrives and we are not their to clear it up. Next time we would so appreciate any concerns you may have instead of leaving a review that is not fair to the host as you did not mention any of your concerns to us nor did you respond to our VRBO messages. We left you a five star review although no communication was fully made except you asking to check in early. We sent you a total of 4 text message including one that says "please let us know if there is anything we can help with or do" with our phone numbers to make it easier for folks in general. But again no response. If you do not let hosts know these things hosts assume you are having a great stay. Also, to address the beds it states in the listing our beds are firm, these are new beds and of course everyone has different comfort levels in the type of bed they prefer but again make sure to read the listing before booking if you are looking for softer beds. We hope you can truly be fair to your next host. Thank you again.

This was my first Vrbo house rental & it was a little bit confusing, but the hosts were very helpful. There was also a death in my family, so the cousins who were going to share the house with me had to cancel & I ended up in the house by myself for part of the time. If I could have cancelled, I would have, but other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

Comfortable, Clean, Contemporary

I stayed with a colleague for a business trip. Mid-sized home that had everything that you needed. The oversized comfy couch, coffee maker and laundry were why I chose to not stay in a hotel. These amenities were perfect and exactly what I needed. No shoes rule made me trust that the carpets were clean. Beds were comfortable. Camera at front door does look toward the door and visible while on the couch so I wondered if I could be seen at night. I like knowing those things as a a traveling female. Hosts very responsive and kind. I would definitely book again.

Short stay

House was decent. Definitely did not get a home vibe. The strict no shoe policy was a little overboard with how many times it was stated. Unsure why we had to pay cleaning fee when we had to strip the beds, take out the trash, start the laundry, start the dish washer. Felt like if we touched anything we would get in trouble. Could do a better job of making occupants feel like they are welcomed there.

Thank you for the review, Amanda. I am sorry you felt this way about our home. We have a strict shoe policy for many reasons, one our kids have severe allergies and if everyone was to wear shoes inside the home bringing in poops, pee that all the dogs are the neighborhood expel then our home would not be clean. Bacteria, parasite, virus live on your shoes, you should really look into this. This is why during covid they told everyone to make sure not to touch delivered packages or wear your shoes in homes as you could contract the virus this way. So our no shoe policy is in the listin before you booked the place, if this was a concern you should have never booked our home. Also, your communication regarding any issues was never stated to us and it is unfortunate that you decided to give us a two star for reasons that don't even make sense. Regarding check out again instructions are stated in the listing, if you have a problem with doing simple things then read the listing carefully and only book a place that does not ask you to do this. Our price for a beautiful, fully furnished, with all amenities would not priced at the price you paid if we have to pay our cleaners extra for the fact that you are to lazy to remove your shoes, and put the laundry in the laundry room. This is not a hotel, it is a VRBO and some folks require different check out instructions. Before giving anyone a low star you should think about what you are saying as the home is super cozy stated by many!

We know that everyone has different preference on beds but we hope that our beds will be comfortable and make you feel right at home. We supply our guests with full amenities for our bathrooms and kitchen. We also have a small charcoal grill out on the patio, side of the home in the backyard for your outdoor cooking. Our home is close to trails and a walking path right outside the backyard. We are super close to flex fun center where you can go swimming, play mini golf, basketball, workout, etc... We are also super close to the country club for golf right on 10th street. If your into shopping well it is literally five minutes aways to the town center where you can find grocery store, dinning, shopping, etc... Our home is close to I25 which makes it easy to go to Estes Park, lakes, skiing, Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Windsor, Evans, etc.... We hope you and your guest truly enjoy every part of our home and what it offers to everyone.

Our home is great for friends and family. It is super clean, really high quality beds and furniture. All amenities are included to make it just like your own home. All spices, oils, flour, dishes, pots, pans, etc.. are included in the booking. Self check in and no contact helps with any protocol needed to help people feel safe. Lastly, our home is large for most size parties and we make sure to be accommodating to every single guest!
