No refunds if desired temperature is not reached due to cold weather

🍔 Grill Use Policy

Some homes may be pictured with a BBQ grill. If available:

Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use

Guests must replenish propane if needed

A $50 cleaning fee applies if the grill is left unclean

If a grill is locked, it is not available for guest use (owner’s personal grill).
Grill rentals can be arranged upon request.
