Our pleasure to live here is that of being able to live in the city center as soon as we step onto the street, and to observe the city seen from above.
3rd floor (to be climbed on foot) of an Arts Déco building, crossing North South, it is a 70m² apartment from 1930 which seduced us with its curved ceilings, its parquet floors, its large windows, and its location in a street downtown pedestrian.
You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as to the courtyard of the building in which you can store bikes if you want to explore the region by pedaling.

On foot: Place de la Liberation at 2 minutes, Eiffel halls (covered market of Dijon) at 5 minutes, train station at 15 minutes
By bike: with self-service bike terminals
By tram: 8 minutes on foot from the Godrans or Place de la République stop
