Beach front condo with pool access ... Best of both worlds! Guests can enjoy having their toes in the sand just steps away from their vacation rental. The property offers beach access, boat ramp access, gated access, internet, and use of the clubhouse featuring pool, locker rooms, hot tub, docks, and lounge chairs. Guest can enjoy two decks, one with ocean views and one with sound views. This allows for viewing the sunrise and the sunset!

This property is located at 927 North Anderson Blvd in Topsail Beach. It is in Building A, on the second level with two flights of stairs.

Bring your boat and have access to the newly renovated boat ramp and enjoy day dock parking and an area to park your trailer!

The beach just received an extensive renourishment project, in the Spring of 2020, providing ample beach in front of Queens Grant.

The pool and hot tub are seasonal. It is OPEN for the 2025 season!! It is open from dawn until dusk (6am-8:30).

When staying at Queens Grant, you are within walking distance (1.5 miles) of several great seafood restaurants, Lewis’s Seafood Shack food truck, Lewis’s Seafood Market, Godwins Market, a bakery, an ice cream shop, a skating rink, Quarter Moon book store/wine bar (that features live music), and local shopping.

The condo has an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The dining table seats 6 with room for 4 more at the bar. The master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom and direct access to the ocean front porch. The porch has a table with six tall chairs to watch the beautiful sunrise or enjoy an evening listening to the waves roll in. The sound side bedroom has two bunk beds (four twin beds total) with access to the sound side porch. There is another full bathroom in the hallway to the sound side bedroom. Futon in living room offers room for two more. Linens and towels are provided!

We loved staying here!

Spring Break Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Queens Grant 202A! When we first opened the door and saw the breathtaking view of the beach we knew it was going to be a good week! The location was perfect for capturing sunrises, searching for sea shells, and enjoying the beach! The house had everything you could need for a home away from home! We will definitely be back!

Great quick get away

Very clean and just as advertised. A few light bulbs out but other than that great place to stay. Will visit again.

Wonderful condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with pot and pans, linens and towels..Great location..The pool across the street was amazing and the ocean view from the balcony couldnt have been any better..Great place to stay and communication with property manager was very good..I highly recommend this property..Hope to stay here again next year

Amazing Views and Access

We had the best time! Yes there are stairs but worth it for the view! Our host Karen was very helpful and everything was just as expected!

Amazing stay!

The host was very helpful and responsive. The property had a beautiful view. Everything was as listed and was exactly what we were looking for! We were able to relax in the balcony in the evening listening to the ocean. It was a very relaxing get a way! Would defiantly stay again!

Perfect Location

The condo was exactly as advertised and they even provided linens! It was clean and check in was super easy. The view was amazing and we had two beach access points to chose from. My family enjoyed fishing sound and ocean side. We will definitely return!

Great condo

My husband and sons loved this condo! Plenty of space and ocean front! Can also see the sound! I’ve been visiting this island for 40+ years and this is the cleanest place I’ve stayed! We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Brief Get Away

The condo is just like described. It was nice to just get away and relax. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were not happy that you had to get a subscription to the tv in order to watch most things.

Perfect relaxing getaway!

We had a small family Thanksgiving this year so we decided to enjoy it at the beach. Beautiful sunrises and perfect walk to the pier. It was chilly but 2 nights was just right. Kitchen was stocked enough but I brought my own storage since I knew they’d be leftovers. Having 2 bathrooms was great. My adult son was too long for the bunk beds so we have officially out grown bunk beds! Oh well! Beautiful area, had never been to Topsail. Would recommend this condo if the 2 sets of bunk beds works for you!

Beautiful View!

The view from the balcony was amazing! The only complaint I have was the kitchen was not clean. The sink had molded food in the strainer and the coffee pot was full of old coffee! The cleaning crew never checked the coffee pot or the sink.

Perfect location - Topsail

This rental was perfect. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The condo was extremely clean and was the best one that we have ever rented. The beach area was perfect and many sea shells on the beach. This was our first time of many trips to Topsail we plan on returning for future trips to this rental. On our first day we were able to see the baby Sea Turtles hatch and go to the ocean. That was an amazing experience. Karen was absolutely wonderful to answer any questions. We plan on returning next year for more fun! This was a trip that we will never forget! Our family loved this rental and we cannot wait to return.

The kitchen drawers were very nasty, the master bathroom vanity top looks like someone dropped a bowling ball on it , the vanity itself was in absolute horrible condition from water damage. I would not recommend this place.

If it weren’t for the stairs….

Communications started out great with the manager, but when we arrived there were FOUR flights of stairs to get to the rental. My God mother has bad knees!! I had no idea about the stairs. So I asked if we could be switched to another unit. Was told unfortunately not possible. That they hope the owners will install an elevator. Which didn’t help my situation at all. Had to watch my god mom struggle with those stairs the entire week. I actually cried the first two days there. Not a bad place, but definitely needs updated. And, the listing should be clearer about the Stairs.

Cleanliness...I give it an 8 out of 10. Some issues with the unit that definitely needs somemaintenance/repairs but did not affect our stay as a whole. Great location in Topsail Beach. Ocean & canal both right there.Views were awesome, especially sunrise over the ocean.Only real issue was all the steps from the unit to the beach. Only a negative for us since my partner has back problems and they were a bit much after a week but after she was on the beach, she stayed all day. Thanks for the opportunity to stay here.

We have been coming down to Topsail Beach since we were young children. Our parents introduced us to this beautiful island and it is actually where we met as teenagers. Years later we got married on this beautiful island and it is where we spend every weekend in the summer. We love this beach and want others to enjoy it as well. We purchased this property in June 2019.

This beach front property allows for sound access with private boat ramp, built in grills, pool and hot tub. A re-nourishment project in 2020 has given new life and width to the beach and you will find that it is one of the least crowded beaches in our state and one of the best places to watch the sunrise.
