One part of the terrace is complete with a sun tent of about 40 square meters with underlying table 3x1 feet. Another part of the terrace is open, here you can take a sunbathe and enjoy beautiful panoramic views! In one part of the covered terrace there is a cooktop where you can prepare barbecue. The terrace provides excellent view over the sea, Taormina and Mount Etna!
The apartment is air-conditioned and furnished, consists of two rooms of about 25m2 each one, the rooms are not communicated with each other, each one has its own bathroom (WC, bidè, shower) and exit to the terrace. One of the rooms has open-plan kitchen. The summer kitchen (cooktop) is located outside in a structured part of the covered terrace. There are 6+ sleeping places (available 1 comfortable double sofa bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 additional bed). The décor of the rooms is complete with all the essentials. The apartment is elegant, simple and functional.

The residence is located in 150m away from the beach reachable by foot in 5 minutes. The beach is available both free of charge or for payment with sunbed and umbrellas. The beach is very beautiful and spacious, next to it there is a nature reserve Alkantara.
Nearby there are shopping centre 'I Gabbiani' with supermarket and shops, bus stops to go to the Airport, Taormina and all other tourist places. On Saturday morning infront of the residence takes place typical Sicilian open air market, where you can buy fresh Sicilian fruits and vegetable or something for the house.
Giardini-Naxos centre is 1 km away, Taormina is 5 km away.
