Pineapple Splash is approximately 1500 Sq ft with smart home security system including key less entry for your convenience. The code is sent 48 hours prior to arrival.
Pineapple Splash has complete backyard privacy surrounding you with high hedges. With a fully stocked Kitchen and dining area for 6 persons. The outdoor space has an amazing grill area and bar and plenty of seating. Pool and Spa and feature waterfall including pineapples of course! Full outdoor grill, outdoor fridge and Ice storage for your entertaining needs. 3 Bedrooms equipped with 1 King and 2 Queen beds as well as 2 full baths. Two TVs one in main living area and one in the Master Bedroom have Amazon Fire Sticks for streaming content. Beautiful marble and wood flooring throughout and access direct to the pool from the Master bedroom. The 3rd Bedroom has a desk for anyone wishing to work. You will find Palm Springs decor throughout. This house is located in a very peaceful part of Palm Springs so relaxing is not a problem! Onsite Parking for 3 cars with the private driveway. There are 2 cameras on the property for your protection Front door and Backyard there are NO cameras inside the property. Great hiking, architecture and Joshua Tree National Park, Restaurants, Village Fest, Museums, and Hollywood History await you so come see what the Desert has to offer!

- House is not child proof : the pool is not separated from the house. Extra consideration needed for children bedroom and main area doors do have chime on when opened.
- No refund will be given for early departures.
- Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your dog. This needs to be approved in advance.
- If you would like to use our home as a shooting location please get in touch to discuss our rates, otherwise we do not allow commercial or professional shooting of any kind (photo, video, film) during your stay. Violation of these rules may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies.*
- Per Palm Springs City Code: no more than 6 guests allowed, no smoking indoors, renter must be 25 years or older. Guest must abide by Palm Springs quiet times 10pm-8am.
- All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, collection of separate hotel taxes, no outdoor music permitted, insuring renters are over the age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick AirBnB booking process, and we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs properties well worth it! Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
- Security/Damage Deposit: Your deposit is for security and shall be refunded provided the following provisions are met:
1. No damage or loss to the property or its contents
2. All trash is placed in trash cans and soiled dishes in dishwasher
3. There is no dirt or mess requiring excessive cleaning
4. All pet waste and cigarette butts have been picked up and discarded
5. No other costs are incurred by homeowner due to Guest’s stay
6. The Guest is not evicted by owner or local law enforcement
7. No charges incurred due to smoking indoors, undeclared guests, or undeclared pets
8. Occupancy limits are observed
9. All windows and doors are left locked, and electrical devices, lights, and thermostat are turned off upon Guest departure.
- Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted inside the home. Illegal Drug use is not permitted anywhere on the property. If smoking outdoors, all cigarette butts must be placed in trash. Violation of these rules may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies.
- To abide by Palm Springs’ strict “Noise Free Ordinance,” Guest will observe quiet between 10pm and 8am, and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. NO amplified music is permitted outdoors at any time per Palm Springs’ ordinance. Guests may be charged a minimum $500.00 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. This is strictly enforced by the City Ordinance.
- This is NOT a party house. NO parties, events or gatherings shall take place on the premises. People other than those in the licensed party set forth above may not stay overnight (maximum of 6 overnight). Visitors are the sole responsibility of Guest and no more than 8 people in total are permitted on the premises during the daytime. ‘Over occupancy’ is considered a serious violation of your rental license and may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age.
- Pineapple Splash is a privately owned home and managed; the owners assume NO liability for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss/damage of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
- Guest should be aware that pools and surrounding patios can be dangerous. NO DIVING. NO GLASSWARE is permitted in the pool area. Hard plastic drinking cups and plastic dinnerware are provided for Guest’s use in pool area. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Do not leave children unsupervised near pool or Jacuzzi. *Pool can be heated with 24hr notice for $60 a day.
- Access for scheduled pool maintenance is required twice weekly, Wednesday & Saturday Mornings and access for grounds keeper and landscaping is required once weekly Thursdays. Access shall be made available to the owner with a two-hour notice, and immediately in emergency situations.
- Pets are permitted only with prior approval and with completed Pet Addendum and pet fee. Pets must be well-behaved, and all pet waste must be picked up and discarded by pet owner.
- Thermostat must NOT be set below 72°. Doors and windows must be closed while using AC, or you may incur substantial penalties for excessive electric costs or damage to AC unit.
- While linens and towels are provided, daily maid service is not included. Prior to your departure, all trash is to be placed in outside containers, dishes placed in dishwasher, and dish cycle started.
