The Joy House at Victory Ranch is an Atlanta designer decorated, custom built Craftsman style home laced with gorgeous shiplap. The home exudes the "light and airy" feeling you would get from a high end luxury spa filled with white mixed with pops of color and radiant natural light shining through all day long. With luxurious finishes from top to bottom, enjoy being nestled amongst 88 acres in the Persimmon Valley of Clayton Georgia.

This cottage boasts 15-25 foot ceilings throughout the entire home. Chic features such as a hand-built stone fireplace, Viking appliances, Waterworks fixtures throughout entire home and a Spa oversized bathtub for two, this tasteful, bright and chic cottage is sure not to disappoint even the most discerning of guests. Great for a couple or two, a family of four, a girls trip/guys trip or a parent/child getaway trip.

This two story house includes:

Enjoy a warm shower while enjoying views of the forest. Don't worry, no one can see you! Additionally, there is an oversized Spa bathtub that fits two adults centered between two gorgeous porcelain vanities.

* The Upstairs Bedroom includes one (1) King sized bed with a desk and chair to get some work done if need be; too there is an en suite oversized Bathroom that includes a deluxe shower with wonderful heads and pressure along with two (2) porcelain vanities.

* There is a Powder Room downstairs just at the foot of the staircase steps away from the kitchen and living area.

Between the two (2) cottages, a total of 8 guests can be accommodated. The VRBO # is 1642191. Please check the availability for both should you wish to rent them together at the same time.

We require a 2 night minimum.

We allow one (1) pet under 20 lbs. We require a $150 non-refundable pet deposit.

Please note that it is mandatory that the main guest who makes the booking. must provide a copy of their valid Drivers License as well as sign a lease agreement that we provide to all of our guests with a wet signature and kindly scan it back to us. It is of paramount importance that we do what we do with excellence and cover all bases for the protection of both the Owner and the Guest (s). Your safety and the quality of your experience is very important to us!

Downtown Clayton has become the "trendiest" city in North Georgia. "Fortify" restaurant is a MUST! They have the best food in town. A great place for Sunday Brunch is "The Red Barn." "White Birch Provisions" is the best coffee shop in town. If you are looking for the tastiest pizza, head to "Fortify Pi" and if you are looking for fresh made doughnuts that melt in your mouth, "Farmhouse Donuts" is the place to go.

Victory Ranch is exactly ten (10) minutes from downtown Clayton, also known as "The Hamptons" to Atlanta, where fabulous dining and shopping can be found. We are ten (10) minutes from the stunning Lake Burton also known as "Little Lake Como."

There is an app called "All Trails" that shows every trail in the area along with the ability to search from beginner hikes to advanced, what you may need along with approximated time and details you would need before planning a hike.

We are 20 minutes away from the popular wedding destination, Julep Farms. We are 10 minutes away from the Club at Waterfall- another popular wedding and private event venue.

Looking for a day trip to Highlands, NC? We are forty-five (45) minutes away. Cashiers, NC? We are one (1) hour away. Want to visit The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, too a hip city for great shopping and antiques? We are an hour (1) and 20 minutes away. Are you a foodie looking to hit Ponce City Market or the Georgia Aquarium (the largest aquarium in the world, second to Marine Life Park in Singapore) for a day trip to Atlanta? We are two (2) hours away.
