Villa Ørion is located in Dolus d'Oléron, a village in the center of the island. With a surface area of 83 m², it offers every comfort and is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation for 8 people, including a maximum of 6 adults. You can enjoy the pergola on the terrace or the shade of the large pine tree or fig tree while gazing at the starry sky.

Cleaning adapted to health regulations. Before each stay, the house is cleaned and disinfected: rooms are aired throughout the cleaning process, all household linen is cleaned according to health recommendations (over 60°C), and bedding is lined with protective covers that are washed after each stay.

For your comfort: maximum of 8 occupants including 6 adults, we do not accept additional guests. Children under 2 years old are not counted as additional guests.
No parties or noisy evenings. A deposit of €105 will be requested upon arrival (check not cashed during the stay) by the concierge service, which provides reception and cleaning services at the end of your stay, in case of particularly dirty accommodation or failure to remove household waste at the end of your stay. This lump sum will be refunded at the end of your stay after inspection when the keys are returned.
