Our single family residence is nestled in the quiet and safe community of Yorba Linda, CA. Yorba Linda is located in North Orange County and centrally located to all the major attractions without the hustle and bustle. In addition to some of California's 'must see list' we also have great regional parks, hiking trails and unique horse trails and bike trails that run throughout the city.

Our house is approximately 20 miles from the Beach, 10 miles from Disneyland, 10 miles from Angel Stadium, and 10 miles from Knott's Berry Farm.

This house is perfect for the traveling family that would love the amenities of home close to all the action with a place to just relax, & enjoy the weather in between sightseeing!

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

1. Master Bedroom: Large King size bed, new 40' flat screen with Spectrum TV/Smart TV and a DVD player. Great picture window overlooking the backyard with black out shades. There is also a large master bathroom with a custom shower and full length mirrors.
2. Bedroom #1: Queen size bed, full length mirrors, ceiling fan, picture window overlooking the backyard.
3. Bedroom #2: Full size bed, full length mirrors, black-out curtain, young adult books.
4. Bedroom #3: Full size bed, small writer's desk, ceiling fan, black-out curtains with toys and books for children.

With the open layout of this house it's easy to be in the kitchen without missing out on all the action. The living room has a fireplace and a 55' TV complete with Spectrum TV/Smart TV & DVD player. The dinning room table seats six, with 4 optional folding chairs available. Or you may enjoy the beautiful evenings with outdoor dining.

We have a Large backyard with a covered patio, outdoor couch & dinning set, propane fire pit, BBQ & electric Traeger smoker. The house also has entertainment for kids of all ages from Thomas the Train wood tracks to skateboards, a Trampoline, board games, & other toys.
