This living space of 70 m², for 3/4 people, on two levels consists of:
on the ground floor
- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, microwave and all the necessary for the preparation of your meals), well sure a washing machine is present.
- A living room consisting of a living room dining room.
upstairs
- A bedroom with a double bed of 160, a bathroom with bath and toilet.
- A bedroom with a double bed 140, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
All linens are provided. (Bed linen, towels, napkins, tablecloth, tea towels).
Swimming pool available.
Possibility to rent bikes.

In the neighborhoods: the spa of Eugénie the baths, the charming small villages and bastides loaded with history.
The sandy beaches are at 1h. 15 by car as well as the mountain.
You can also practice fishing, hiking, cycling, golf, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking.
The Landes tradition: the Landes race, the ferias all summer, gastronomy with foie gras, Armagnac, floc de Gascogne, Tursan wines, Madiran, Saint-Mont ...

A deposit check of 100 € will be asked upon your arrival and returned at your departure.
