We loved our stay at Royal Dalhousie ! It is a charming property with the perfect location! It was very Easy to walk to the shopped and restaurants in old Town. The property manager and Gregorie are both so personable… they made us feel quite welcome!

We all five of us (siblings) had a wonderful stay. This location is super and within minutes you are in the thick of old Quebec. Lots of shops and restaurants to check out as well as history and the Chateau Frontenac . We did take a waling tour and highly recommend. Our host Gregoire was a delight!

The property was actually larger than we expected and in a wonderful location. We stayed in the Champlain suite, throughly enjoyed our stay, and already planning for a return stay. The host was amazing and helpful. Highly recommend!

Condo was just as lovely as pictured. We were met by the owner upon arrival and given a tour. Condo could easily accommodate 8 people although there were only 4 in our group. The location could not have been better for exploring old town. The rooftop terrace was beautiful although we did not have a chance to use it. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Huge space, very well equipped and comfortable. The communication was great and the check in and check out was simple. Best of all was the location. Easy walk to Place Royale, where we had breakfasts. All in all, our go to place if we ever return to Quebec city.

Our host, Gregoire, is a gem!!! What a fine and gracious gentleman. This property is well located to all of the old town Quebec City must see sights. There is a wonderful rooftop patio looking onto the St. Lawrence River. The apartment is beautifully appointed with classic decor and an open floor plan. There were six of us sharing the space and lots of room to gather as well as comfortable bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms. Our group would love to return!! Many thanks, Gregoire!!! Sheila

We had a wonderful 3 night family stay at the property. The home was quite spacious with a beautiful view of the water front and rooftop deck to watch fireworks during our stay. There are 3 bedrooms and a pull down bed in the living room. The temperature with air conditioning was good. We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed well stocked. The bathrooms were clean. The beds were fine in terms of mattress comfort level. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.

We had a wonderful stay in the Chinic condo and highly recommend it. The condo was very spacious, immaculate and had an impressive view through a whole wall of windows! Chinic had everything we needed and the host was a delight.

We had a lovely stay. The common spaces of the apartment are much larger than they appear in the photos. The location is wonderful; we could easily walk to all of the highlights of Old Quebec.

Ideal location to explore old town. we walked to everything! the unit itself is very large with high ceilings, beams and plenty of natural light. it has a view of the water. we met the owner and his passion for restoring this property is reflected in the result. would definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed staying at Gregoire’s property! Parking was easy with their own lot. The apartment itself is very spacious and beautiful. It will be a bit loud in especially Thurs and Sat nights in the evenings but dies down after the fireworks show. But on vacation so that was fine and we were out most of the evening anyway! Speaking of fireworks, do t miss the view from the roof. Lots of seating and a spectacular view! Gregoire himself is such a nice man. We met him when we first got there and he showed us around the apartment and recommended a delicious, fun place for dinner. Would definitely stay here again if in the area! It was also very convenient to walk to everything in the city..the only time we used the car was to go to the falls and island. Seems to book fast so don’t miss out!

Wonderful host. Beautiful property that was an easy walk to everything. Great views of the river and the island of Levis from our living room window. Property was beyond what we hoped for and Grégoire and his team were fantastic to deal with.

The Royal Dalhousie far exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious, immaculately maintained, and is in an excellent location. It also has a lot of character. Well worth the price!

Royal Dalhousie didn’t just meet our expectations, the apartment exceeded them in every way. Great location on the river in Old Quebec, minuets from everything. VERY spacious living area, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. If you’re going to Quebec, this is the place to stay!
