Upper Level 1BR Apartment with Shared Pool

2026: now renting again, neighboring construction is finished. Summary:
39 sq meter (~420 sq ft) apartment, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with hot/cold shower, 1 living room with a fan, a sofa, kitchenette and dining area. High ceiling. Cleaning service is available upon request for a small fee.
Note #1: All guests please submit copy (s) of passport / personal page only 3 days before check-in.
Note #2: Self check-in with a key box. Instructions will be provided. We can also arrange for an airport pick up for a fee. With our airport pick up, the driver will be able to help you with your suitcases and check you into the apartment unit. If you wish to arrange your own transportation, it's fine too. But for evening check-in, it's mandatory to hire our driver for ease of checking-in.

About the space: You will have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room/dining, kitchenette, closet. It's an apartment within a small boutique inn complex. The complex has 24 hour security guard.

Your space: You are renting a whole apartment unit of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living-dining in a second floor (yes, there will be stairs to climb). Within the boutique inn complex, you can take benefits of swimming in a large swimming pool with beautiful views. The location is in close proximity to all amenities Ubud has to offer.

Interaction/communication:
When my unit is rented, that means I'm not in Ubud. I can communicate with you through this VRBO/HA platform and there is a 15 hours time difference. I have an on-demand team that I can contact for emergencies.

Other things to note:
It might be surprising to learn that although it is the tropics, Bali has actually water crisis. Please help us to conserve water.

There is NO safety box.
There is no DVD.
Check out is at the latest 11 AM. Sorry, we don't have any space to store your luggage upon checkout.
Check in is at or after 2 PM.
Another important note:
Not just this property, but there are many stairs on the entire island of Bali.
