Wonderful house in Strömstad!

House with sea view! The house is located only 200 m away from the famous coastline of Bohuslän, with rocky cliffs and sandy beaches. This coastline was ranked 7th among the world's last great wilderness areas by CNN Travel in 2013.

The house is located on a large sunny plot with both lawn and smooth cliffs. On the deck you can enjoy the afternoon/evening sun. Here you can relax in a quiet summer paradise but still be close to the shopping and restaurants in Strömstad.

If you are interested in hiking/walking or mountain bike bicycling you should take the opportunity to try this since the ara has very nice trails for both hiking and biking. Kayaking or canoeing is a great way to explore the archipelago. The main part of the house is occupied by the combined kitchen and living room areas with a dining table for 6 persons, a large couch and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave owen, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and a coffee machine. The house has two bedrooms, the master one with a king-sized bed and windows in three directions. and a smaller one with a bunk bed. The entire house is recently renovated, in very good condition and suitable for year-around living. The sauna seats 4 and is great during fall/winter (or whenever you feel like it :-)

The large outside wooden deck has tables with chairs, sun chairs and a barbecue.

Fishing mackerel and salmon is possible from the jetties and cliffs, just put them on the grill.

We have two kayaks for rent, including kayaking life wests. The kayaks are kept by the house and you just take them down to the beach on a small trolley when you are to use them.

Baby chair is available upon request.

The distance to downtown Stromstad is 10 km and Strömstad Golf Club is 5 km away. Nordby Shopping (one of the largest shopping malls in Scandinavia) is 20 km away.

Towels and sheets are not included in the rent (can be added at a fee upon request). Housekeeping/final cleaning is mandatory. (Final cleaning can be added for an additional fee, please ask separately for this).

Changeover days during high season is Saturdays.
