Very pleasant to live in and bright, on a large garden of 1500m2, it is located 1 minute from the beach, its restaurant with sea view, and water activities (sailing club, boat rental, paddles, canoe). Quiet and authentic environment, at the mouth of the Aven.

Rental of 2 consecutive weeks minimum in July, 1 week minimum the rest of the year.
Rental managed by a professional, a deposit will be required.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living room, TV room, open kitchen, large garden very nice. Terrace with table and chairs, small garden furniture.
