Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker, We have coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV

This was my second time staying at this property, and once again it was an excellent experience. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—quiet, safe, and within easy reach of all the great attractions in St. Augustine.Communication with the hosts was outstanding, and clear instructions for check-in and check-out were provided. The only question we had was quickly answered, ensuring our stay worked out well. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort.The designated parking, strong Wi-Fi, and access to laundry facilities made our stay even more convenient. The property itself feels like a home away from home, and the attention to detail shows in every aspect.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful

My husband and I loved staying here. It was right down town, we walked everywhere. It was comfortable to stay in with plenty of room. Plenty of bath towels, we watched some tv and Netflix, a kitchen we didn’t use, and a second bedroom. It was so quaint. We would definitely stay here again!! Also our host was responsive to anything we needed.

Our Secret Getaway

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed in this location but this time we rented the 2 bedroom. There are so many positive things I can share: Super cozy and you feel at home. Everything you need is there. Extremely clean. If you need there is a washer and dryer on the property (detergent provided). Very close to downtown St. Augustine, we brought our ebikes and was all over the place. The host/hostess are simply amazing. Quickly to respond, accommodating and I know I drove them crazy when we realized (before going) that I didn't schedule the full time we wanted to be there. Instead of saying no, they made it work. You will not be disappointed, we are already looking at dates again!!!!!

Nice place not too far from St. George St.

Nice place, when we opened the dish washer everything was still dirty. Someone put the soap in, but didn’t start it. Obviously not checked by the person who cleaned the place. It is 4 blocks away from St. George, not 2 (2 long blocks and 2 short blocks). The owners were very nice. They changed the outside bulb for us that was too light (attracted all the bugs), they promised to bring a different one, but didn’t, so we couldn’t sit outside. That was disappointing. The place was cozy and the perfect size for us. The upstairs people were very noisy with their walking, but all in all we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend!

Home for 3nights!!

Just right for what we needed! We loved the picture on VRBO, and it was just as pictured!! The price was reasonable, and when we walked through the door.....we were greeted by a perfect little retro place to stay! Everything we needed was there! It was immaculately clean and the outside gave us the feeling of Old time St. Augustine! Parking was right behind and We were 5 minutes to Flagler and the shopping district. After we took the Trolly Tour we figured out how close we were!! Lot's of touristy things to do, great food and tons of places to choose from. Water front is beautiful again just a 15 minute walk from home!! Cudos to the owners. They left nothing left to guess. Check in and out was easy and everything you needed to know was in a handy notebook. My favorite thing was the mini dish washer!! We ate out most of the time but the kitchen had all you needed even ice cubes! Give it 5*****

Enjoyed the stay very much. Everything was updated, clean and comfortable. It is a short walk to downtown historic area. The o eight parking is nice too. I will definitely be back. I actually lived in these apartments when I was at college so it was fun to go back.

The Oldest City

This was a great place to stay for our visit to St. Augustine. The apartment was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Also, located close to several places to eat within walking distance. Not having to drive and finding a place to park--perfect!!! Plus, easy to walk to a trolley stop.

Spring Visit

Excellent! We were very happy with the cleanliness and brightness of our unit. Additionally, the unit was well supplied and all fixtures and equipment operated well. The grounds were beautiful and the neighborhood is quite pleasant and within walking distance to the downtown area and many other attractions. Additionally, Kirsten does a very good job communicating with her guests. We would love to stay on the property again in the future and would highly recommend this property to others.

Wonderful Place in a great location

We loved our stay at this wonderful place. Two parking spots were super convenient as parking in St. Augustine isn't good. The property is within walking distance to George St. which we loved. The property owner was super responsive and helpful to our questions. The one and only drawback that we could possibly see, is the one bathroom being off the bedroom. For us alone it was not an issue but could be if two couples were sharing. Highly recommend this place!!
