This is my timeshare, better than staying at Atlantis with all the perks. PLEASE NOTE: All reservations shown in calendar are for a weeks (7 nights) stay. Generally with a Saturday check in. However, some of my reserved weeks in July and August have Friday or Sunday check in. The calendar may show all days available but my reservation is for a specific week with a specific check in. Please contact me for the exact check in day.

Check with me for other arrangements and I will try to make it happen if possible. We can arrange to get you the week you want if you let me know more than 8 months in advance.

LOWEST PRICES for Atlantis!! 1 br, 1 ba villa w/kitchen, sleeps 4. (You want a villa you can call home, NOT a hotel room) You will not find a lower price. Check our calendar for available dates (we update it often). I have been renting weeks at Harborside for 8 years. We got back Sunday from Atlantis and what a fabulous vacation. The kids swam with the dolphins and we went on seadoos in the ocean and as for the water slides; they loved them.! Everyone did the new one, The Leap of Faith with the exception of myself, I just couldn't get up the nerve to go down a 90 degree drop.

The dining was great, we went off the resort once to the Fish Fry in Nassau for dinner and did visit the straw market. The weather was great and I think we saw all the sites we could see.

The unit was great. We did some shopping in Nassau so we could eat breakfast and the odd lunch at home.

Awesome place--my wife and I have stayed here twice. Last January we stayed with my son and his wife (on the pull-out sofa bed) and it worked out great, plenty of room and very comfortable. The weather was fantastic and should be similar to the dates for this offering. The people are great and we just had a fantastic time. We would walk to Atlantis every day for the beach and pools, then again at night for the casino to gamble and celebrity watch, etc. (If you don't want to walk, there is a shuttle to Atlantis about every 30 minutes or so.)

Harborside is bordered by the magnificent Marina at Atlantis and Nassau Harbor. Exquisite one-bedroom deluxe villa is appointed with generous space, beautiful furnishings and exceptional comforts, including full sofa bed in living room; kitchen. Entertainment center featuring cable TV and VCR player, washer and dryer; designer furnishings.

Full access to the whirlwind of amazing amenities and exhilarating entertainment revealed in the Atlantis Resort. If you do not stay at Atlantis or Harborside, you must pay for the privilege to go see Atlantis. Atlantis vacation

Amazing property, this is the way to do Atlantis if you want to do your own cooking, healthy and not spending money on overpriced food thatā€™s not even healthy or good. Quiet place and amazing for families. Still have access to all the Atlantis amenities including beaches. No hidden charges either. Once again, best way of staying in Atlantis.

Harborside Resort at Atlantis

This is a very nice property. The condo is very clean And was perfect for us me and my husband. The only thing I would add is the unit could have supplied a skillet as I couldnā€™t scramble any eggs I was really impressed with the microwave air fryer combo that really came in handy to cook bacon and Iā€™ll just add maybe considering leaving a couple more trash bags other than that itā€™s a great unit. I was really impressed with the shuttle service back-and-forth to the Atlantis resort and it really does run every 15 minutes and everybody was just so nice and so polite, and the highlight of our trip is the hotel property manager is our personal friend that was at our wedding in the Bahamas that we havenā€™t seen in 23 years so it was really great connecting with him. We were super excited and surprised, when we were recognized by him, I highly recommend this unit and Chaz was super super responsive prior to us arriving Will definitely stay here again at the unit is available when we travel back to the Bahamas next

Great Stay at Harborside Resort

This was our first time using VRBO and it was great! The room was clean and comfortable. My 2 kids slept on the pull out sleeper sofa and it worked just fine. We brought food with us and the kitchen had just enough that we could make a few easy meals. We were in Building 5 overlooking the pool. It was great to be able to find a chair at our pool rather than deal with the crowds at the Atlantis pools. It was an easy walk over to Atlantis or you can take a shuttle which was almost always pulling up as we were looking for one. We went snorkeling with Bahamas Boat Tours and they picked us up at the dock on the other side of the pool. Overall things were great! We had a little trouble checking in because they had our name spelled wrong and couldnā€™t find the reservation But it only took a few extra minutes. We also had a problem with the key cards not opening the door but they came and fixed it within a half hour. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise on Paradise Island

Harborside is a great option for family groups. We had our two kids, their spouses, and our 7-year old grandson in three separate rooms. All had their own space and we all had a good time. The free bus is great for getting to all the Atlantis attractions. I hope to return someday.

Great Stay

Well maintained, spacious apartment. Our host was really cordial and gracious in accommodating our requests. Great place, away from all the action yet near it. Service could be better, as we found the staff to be uninterested most of the times. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and Harborside was awesome!!! Not sure if we got lucky but ended up with a 4th floor, marine view room which was great to wake upto and it was quiet. Chas always responded timely providing a lot of resort info and the resort customer service was top rate. Was super happy there was a market in town we went to and utilized the full kitchen because everything is very expensive. Loved the place and would definitely go again. Thanks !!!

Perfect in Paradise

If there was ever a perfect vacation, this was it! Harborside was a perfect place. Chas was great for answering all my questions. We booked a room, and our daughter and husband booked a room. When we arrived, they knew we were traveling together, and had put our rooms close together. (Chas had to have taken care of that detail for us!) Harborside was amazing. We fixed breakfast and had snacks in our room- ate out for dinner. Thank you! I would definitely book through Chas again!
