Our vacation rental units were newly remodeled with your comfort in mind and come fully equipped with everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You'll find an idyllic waterfall at back yard. We'd love to have you as our guests and are happy to answer any questions you have as you plan your visit!

PLEASE NOTE
* There is NO window in living room.
* Check in time: After 4 pm - Before 9 pm
* Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to stay for safety.
- There is a small un-fenced pond in the backyard.
* Pets are not enter the accommodation or stay in the parking lot.
* Boat can not park.

The house was remodeled with a modern finish to ensure a spotless, welcoming home for our guests. Each bedroom and sleeping area is thoughtfully fitted with blinds to help our guests get a good night sleep in the land of the Midnight Sun.
The kitchen features for cooking and fully stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare meals and beverages.

Perfect Getaway Spot

We are two retired couples, from Anchorage and California. We were impressed that Steven greeted us personally and showed us all about the rental. Everything was spotlessly clean and the rules (eg. quiet hours and trash disposal) were clearly stated. Two full baths was a big plus for coordinating showers. The kitchen had everything we needed to make and eat our meals.We left a cable and a pillow behind, and Steven texted us within a short time of our departure, so we were able to come by and pick them up. Also, the waterfall in back added to our enjoyment, both for sitting near and for listening to at night.Recommended!

Awesome place to stay in Seward

Excellent place to stay in Seward. Central location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, harbor. Unit is completely remodeled and has everything you need. Steven is a great host, quickly responded to our requests.

Seward visit

The property was walking distance to town, nice back yard with a waterfall and very clean. Very good but was told to not drink the tap water.

Host was very friendly and welcomed us to our chalet. The unit was very clean and well maintained and included a private deck with view of waterfall. Wouod definitely stay here again!

Fantastic spot in Seward!

Steven was a wonderful host & the property was even better than it looked online! Very clean, well stocked, spacious, comfortable beds, lovely outdoor deck & waterfall area. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, boat tour, coastal trail & sea life center, but off the main road so it was quiet at night. The perfect spot for a relaxing vacation in Seward!

Staying at Steven’s home was a joy, it is immaculate and very comfortable with a beautiful backyard including a waterfall and pond. It is within walking distance to town and has a free shuttle. Steven was very gracious and accommodating.

The property was sparkling clean with plenty of space. The outdoor space overlooking the trees and waterfall was an amazing bonus. The location was perfect~ very walkable to many spots. Our host was great!

Brief stay

Steven was super accommodating and responsive! The place was exactly as described and very neat and clean. Super close to harbor and very walkable. Our weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside space but the waterfall in the back was so peaceful!

Great stay in Seward

This rental is very clean, furniture in very good condition. Beds comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. Beautiful waterfall in the back. Very peaceful. We could walk to many shops and restaurants. I would recommend this rental.

Superb Alaskan experience!

Absolutely beautiful backyard. Close to main tourist area - we walked to our boat tour! Many restaurants on "the strip". Everything you want in a vacation home! Would stay here again for sure.

Clean, comfortable, quiet setting on edge of town

Steven was great host. House is clean and in great location on edge of town. We loved that there are two beds in each of the two bedrooms. We'd stay there again!

We enjoyed the property. Family of 4 (including 2 adult children). We stayed for 3 nights. Everyone appreciated the comfortable beds. The property is well taken care of & in a great location. We would absolutely stay there again.

Alaska Fishing Trip

Property was VERY Clean. The description was very accurate. The backyard was beautiful with its own waterfall and a fire pit! Steven was a wonderful host and very helpful!

Excellent place to stay

Mr. Chang met us in-person when we checked in. He gave us a tour of the suite. It's a new construction and everything inside was very clean and tastefully done. The beds were very comfortable so we were able to sleep peacefully. There were six people in our group and everyone was able to settle in easily. Seward is a very small town and the location of this property was super convenient for us to reach anywhere on foot. Safeway, the grocery store, gas station, downtown main street, and the sea port for our day cruise, were all within walking distance. I would highly recommend Mr. Chang's place if you're looking for a place to stay in Seward.

Nice place. However, it has a no fish cooking rule

The property was clean and it has spacious bedrooms, bathrooms. Really good beds. Nice green backyard with small water fall. The living room is big and has good couches. The kitchen is on a smaller side - really snag for four adults. Get all four to sit at the table was a bit of the challenge. The property has rule - no cleaning and cooking fish. As we do our annual trip to Seward fishing we usually have fish for dinner (it gets cleaned and processed at the docs) we had to get a propane grill and do a tailgate party at the nights. It would be good to state the rule on the listing page. We would probably had gone with different place. The kitchen had only two electric sockets and for getting toaster, coffee machine and a kettle going was a hassle especially when there are multiple adults with different preferences and you are trying to leave at quite early hours. Would be nice to get at least a short extension cord w multiple sockets to be able to run everything at once. Overall - good place. Maybe more suited for family with kids than the groups of adults.
