3 minutes walk from the Port Haliguen marina, 5 minutes walk from Porigo beach, supermarket nearby and town center within 1 km.

A parking space adjacent to the house is dedicated to you, with the possibility of parking a trailer under the covered courtyard of the entrance.

The main equipment available: fridge + frozen compartment, dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave / electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, TV. vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, wifi.


HOME
---------------

Marie de Ty’Accueil, your concierge on site, will welcome you on the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to agree on an appointment for your arrival and departure.
She will be available throughout the stay to meet your requests (concierge, babysitter, full fridge ...)

Arrival: between 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. (make an appointment with Marie)
Departure: between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

CONDITIONS
----------

Bed linen and towels are not provided - Marie offers you a linen rental service (20 euros per prepared bed and 5 euros per bath kit)

Security deposit checks of € 200 for accommodation and € 150 for keys will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you on the day of departure if no damage is noted.

You can choose the cleaning option (60 €) to specify. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.


Non smoking house and pets not allowed. No party, quiet residence.
