In the opposite direction is the Indian River/Bay only 2 blocks away. Where you can enjoy fresh water fishing off the pier or kayaking. May-Sept. the turtles are nesting right on our beach. We saw 4 on our first early morning excursion. Hatchling immerge into Nov. There are multiple parks close by with tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts. A Children's park and playground are also within walking distance.

Our house is in a residential area: no events or gathering allowed.
Guest are limited to 4 unless Grandparents are part of the group. We very much enjoy sharing our home with extended families.
Guest must have visitors approved. We do not allow more than 6 people on the property at anytime.
