This superb air-conditioned studio, on the top floor, of a beautiful residence much appreciated by the sea, offers from its terrace, an exceptional view of the bay of Juan les Pins, and of Cap d'Antibes.
You can have breakfast there, and enjoy the panorama and its changing light all day long until the sun goes down.

It has just been renovated to provide an open, fully-equipped kitchen space.
It also has an interesting possibility of underground garage (with prior reservation)

IDEAL for TWO people, or for A COUPLE, with 1 child. (travel cot available, make reservation)

This studio preserves several spaces.
--- The sleeping area, for two, allows you to rest, without having to "put away your bed"
--- The open kitchen area offers a convivial space for relaxation.
--- the lounge area offers a bench, and two coffee tables and a television.

The kitchen is very well equipped.
You will find all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

From this pied à terre, you will be.
-250 meters from the fine sand beaches.
-650 meters from Golfe Juan train station.
-50 meters from the restaurants of the Camille Rayon port.
-550 meters from shops (see section, neighborhood life)
-500 meters from the tourist office.
-400 meters from the port, and its shuttles to the Iles de Lesrins.

OTHER REMARKS
A parking space, underground garage is available.
It is necessary to make the reservation, and to check if your vehicle can return there.
In fact, the garage is very spacious, but access to the basements cannot be done with tall vehicles. (maximum height to check, and length too). Also, the height under the garage door can slightly limit access sometimes.

I try to always keep a vacant night, between a departure and an arrival but, it is not always possible.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD?
Golfe Juan is a seaside village, located between Cannes and Antibes Juan les Pins.
You will find within 600 meters everything you may need,
Pharmacy, bakery, press bookshop, tobacco bar, fishmonger, cheese maker, fruit and vegetables, super U, express, convenience stores, a barber, a seller of beach accessories, a bike rental company, a boat rental company, and even a seller bait, it seems very effective for fishing!


HOW TO GET AROUND?
On foot, by bike, bus and train, everything is available.

* On foot, the walk along the beach towards Juan les pins is sublime at sunset.
* By bike, the cycle path, gives you easy access to Cannes which is 6 km away.
* By train (every 20 minutes or so) with which you will access Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Menton, Monaco.
* the Lesrins islands are accessible by boat.(from the port of Golfe Juan)
* the surroundings can also be discovered by car.
