Ideally located 800 meters from downtown Saint-Avé, 10 minutes from the port of Vannes, and a few kilometers from the beaches.
A wide choice of visits throughout the Gulf of Morbihan, from the Rhuys peninsula to the Quiberon peninsula (the Château de Suscinio, the Port du Crouesty, the Gulf of Morbihan and its many islands, the islands offshore (Belle île en Mer, Houat, Hoedic) and of course the historic town of Vannes.
Leisure: the beach for children and for shell fishing as well as many nautical activities are available nearby (sailing lessons, rental of windsurfers, kayaks ...). You can also take advantage of the cultural events offered throughout the summer.
