The serene primary bedroom includes a king bed, cable television, and an adjoining bathroom with a walk in shower that can be configured as a private suite. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, its own full en suite bath, and cable television. One dog is welcome with a pet fee.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly onto the deck, where sweeping views of the pool, dunes, and ocean create a picturesque backdrop for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. With accommodations for up to four guests, this home promises an elevated yet relaxed Lowcountry experience. No smoking, please.

Just steps away, the boardwalk leads to Harbor Island’s tranquil beach. Harbor Island is a private, gated island just southeast of historic Beaufort. Guests enjoy access to the Beach and Racquet Club, including an Olympic sized marshfront pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, sand volleyball, recreation lawn, and tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts. With two miles of untouched coastline, protected bird habitats, sprawling marshland, and dining and shopping only minutes away, Harbor Island offers a peaceful Lowcountry escape surrounded by natural beauty.

The prices for these are listed below and will be requested as additional funds after you book. Access to the island is not possible without said vehicle gate pass. Rates: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85; 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap.

*Max one dog allowed (medium sized or smaller) with non-refundable pet fee of $200.
