Welcome to the family retreat you have been waiting for! Telluride Lodge #321 is a 2 bedroom plus loft / 2-bathroom condo. You are greeted with an open living and dining area on the main floor. There is a gas fireplace and two comfy leather couches in the living room for the chilly Colorado evenings. The dining table has enough room for 6 and there 4 barstools and bar for extra seating. The stainless-steel appliances and stocked cabinets will satisfy the chef of the family. There is a small desk nook, should you have to some dreaded work will on vacation.
Head upstairs to the 2nd floor, which is dedicated to the Master Suite. A king size bed with high thread count sheets will make bedtime the best time of the day, especially, after a soak in the beautiful tub in the ensuite. You will also find the stackable washer and dryer on this floor in the hall closet.
Next stop is the third floor and 2nd guest bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower that services the queen bedroom and the loft. Up a short flight of stairs, the loft with an open doorway has the best views in the entire home! Coonskin lift is on display for your viewing pleasure. There are two twin beds in this room
The Telluride Lodge is centrally located. It is about a 7-10 minute walk to the excitement of downtown Telluride. And the gondola is a 5 minute ride via the (Free!) Galloping Goose shuttle stop right across the street! BL#522

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
