The main level features a spacious master suite with a king-size bed and private bathroom. A second bedroom and full bathroom are conveniently located nearby. The open-concept living area is highlighted by soaring ceilings, large picture windows, and stunning lake views, with direct access to the expansive deck overlooking the water. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island that serves as the perfect gathering place for meals, conversation, and planning the day's adventures. The enclosed loft provides additional sleeping accommodations with four twin beds and one full-size bed.

The lower level offers plenty of space for larger groups, featuring a second family room, full bathroom, and a third bedroom furnished with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. A second refrigerator and deep freezer are available in the utility room for storing food, beverages, fish, or game. The refrigerator is kept unplugged when not in use and can be plugged in as needed. Walk out through either set of sliding glass doors to enjoy the patio, then follow the steps down to the private dock and 189 feet of shoreline on Waubay Lake.

Outside, guests can take advantage of the large yard, perfect for games and outdoor activities, gather around the fire pit in the evening, or cook up the day's catch on the gas grill. The spacious 38-foot by 10-foot deck provides a spectacular setting for morning coffee, sunset views, and lakeside relaxation. For hunters and anglers, a heated fish and game cleaning room is available on-site for added convenience.
