ERDEVEN (Plage de Kerhillio): Private individual rents 100m² detached house for 8-10 people on enclosed land of around 500m² in a very quiet street in a typical Breton village - it is 800m from Kerhillio beach.
This House includes:
- In the DRC: independent kitchen, living room and dining room with fireplace opening onto a south facing terrace, WC, 1 bedroom with access to the south terrace, shower room with shower.
- On the 1st floor: 1 large bedroom (with sea view) including 2 single beds (possibility of adding a 3rd bed),
1 double bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with WC.
- Enclosed garden of around 500m², open view of the countryside, very quiet, 10-seat garden furniture, charcoal BBQ, outdoor sink, garage, parking space for two cars, 4 bicycles available.
- Equipment: living room with sofa & 2 poufs, flat screen TV, DVD player, WIFI BOX, Telephone - room for 10 people, kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine , coffee maker, kettle, toaster, baby equipment (cot, high chair and bathtub).

The house is located very close to the Ocean Path, which allows you to reach the center of Erdeven (about 4 km) and the Kerhillio beach (800 meters) on foot or by bicycle.
Near the house (200 meters): mini-market, bicycle rental, bar and catering (crêperie and pizzeria).

Possible sports: kite surfing and surfing (the spot is classified), windsurfing, sand yachting (sailing school), shore fishing, sea fishing, horse riding (on the beach or trails), mini-golf at 300 m , international golf of St Laurent (18 holes) at 8 km.
Many signposted coastal hiking and mountain biking trails (80 km of trails on Erdeven through menhirs, dolmens, chapels and fountains) - possibility of going around Quiberon starting from the house by the paths (~ 50 kms).
