Hard to find 5 bedrooms, 18 bed bunk room, 6.5 bathrooms, 3 gathering areas, gourmet kitchen PLUS a secondary kitchen next to the theater room! Here you can sleep 28 people with their own beds! 3 of the bedrooms have a full bathroom attached to them. Spend your mornings enjoying the mountain peace on the front deck while watching a game of basketball on the full-size court, or relaxing in the swim spa. This is a spacious luxury cabin perfect for holiday vacations with large groups. Only a 5 minute drive from Brian Head Ski Resort.

**The Swim Spa portion is winterized from the first snow fall (approx Oct/Nov) to the last (approx late April/May) THE HOT TUB is available year around!!

The cabin is beautiful, the outside views are amazing, what else can you ask for. The hosts were just simply amazing to work with. They were flexible and accommodating to a further extend then they needed to be. We would highly recommend and might just be back soon.

Incredible Cabin

Very comfortable and quaint luxury cabin. There were a few very minor details that required work(what property of this size doesnt) but it did not inconvenience us in the slightest. The holiday decorations were a fantastic touch, it really made the place feel like a home away from home. Joanna the host was incredibly friendly, attentive and approachable even during the holiday. Would absolutely recommend and come back.

Snowy Get Away

We take a group of friends every year to get away in the mountains and this cabin was perfect! The bunk room was great for the kids and the kitchen was excellent! The wood burning fireplace with the snow falling outside the giant windows was like something from a movie. Clean, great communication with the host, easy check in/out process. Definitely recommend for a large group!

Family Gathering

The cabin is beautiful. Some minor details, but overall very satisfactory. The location is amazing. The kids loved the bunkroom. Plenty of space for everyone.

Fantastic Family Lodging

This house is perfect for large family getaways. The bunk room is very cool, with bunkbeds for 12 children plus 6 trundle beds under the bunks. The room also had open faced cabinets for all the kids to hang their snow gear. Upstairs there are four good sized bedrooms for the parents, with a fifth bedroom in very tight quarters. The kitchen has everything you need, and not just pots and pans and dining utensils, plates and bowls, drinking glasses etc., but also spices, baggies and all the little things that complete a kitchen. The view from the spacious front room is amazing. Everything was in working order, including the outdoor spa, which all of us loved after a day in the snow. We hope to stay at this house again.

Our family and friends love this property. Always a good time. Down stairs bunkroom Is a dream if you want to give the kids their own space. Joanna is fantastic with communicating and accommodating. Bummed that she is already booked for our dates for next year.

Annual Ski/Snowboard Trip

3 families were housed in this beautiful cabin. Beautiful and breathtaking views from this cabin! Cabin looks even more beautiful in person. Plenty of room and very comfortable to stay in. By far, the best cabin we have rented in the last 10 years at Brian Head. The cabin is on a hill so we had some challenges climbing this hill right after it snowed even with chains on a minivan, but a 4 wheel or all wheel drive had no problems. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

Perfect Home for Large Group

We stayed in Joanna's cabin over Christmas. It was completely perfect in every way. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and there were even stocking holders on the mantle for our stockings. The kitchen was wonderful, it was fully stocked with everything you might need, including things like crock pots, a griddle, an air fryer, etc. We didn't use any of those but it was nice that they were there. There was also a drawer full of spices (although oddly, pepper wasn't included in the drawer! But we ran to the little Brianhead store and bought some!). There were also pantry staples like olive oil, syrup, peanut butter, popcorn, etc. We liked that the plates and bowls were made from sturdy plastic instead of glass, so we didn't have to worry about anything breaking. The heated floors were amazing. All of the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The bunk room was so fun, with so many beds in one room! The teens and kids loved it. All of the bathrooms were nice, although we could have used more towels and bathmats. But it was great to have a laundry room so we could wash the towels whenever we needed to. The little movie room downstairs was great. The kids logged into Netflix on the TV and had non-stop Christmas movies playing! The cabin's location is great, a quick 5 minute drive to the slopes. We went to church in Parawan, which was about 25 minutes away, but it turns out that they also hold church right there at Brianhead but we didn't realize that.

Awesome house in scenic Brian Head UT

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! We were sightseeing in southern UT and the location was ideal. Bryce, Zion and even the Grand Canyon are all easy day trips. Our group of 16 had TONS of space to spread out. The host was very helpful when we had a minor issue. She jumped and fixed it for us ASAP. If I could give Joanna and her home 6 stars I would.

Family vacation

We stayed here with my siblings and their families and the house couldn’t have been better. Very spacious and great for the kids to have room to play. The views were beautiful and the house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and provided everything we were looking for. We would definitely stay again!

Spring Break Ski Vacation

The house was absolutely perfect for group (4 families, 16 total). Plenty of space for everyone, well appointed kitchen, and great views. Quick drive to the ski lodges. Couldn't ask for a better setup for a group ski trip!

Amazing house and property manager!

House is so so great and very well equipped! Kids had a BLAST in the bunk room! A couple things came up as they always do and the property manager was the best we've ever rented from. So quick to respond and took care of everything right away! Definitely recommend!

Great spot of big families

We had a large group and the house was comfortable for a big group. It had a big kitchen, lots of beds, and plenty of room to hang out. It was also in the perfect location to ski—just a few minutes to Brian Head

50th wedding Anniversary

Inside there are stunning views of the ocean.Hot tub and fire pits with stunning ocean views. Outside decks and chairs. Beautiful gardens surrounding the property. Beds are SO COMFORTABLE. Well maintained inside. Full beautiful kitchen, living space, Master bedroom has ocean view. Skylights bringing in Sunshine. Enjoy your coffee and breakfast with the best ocean view you will find! This mountain getaway was purchased in 2017 where we could escape the heat but have the comfort of a home. We wanted to share this beautiful retreat with our close friends and found we needed more space. In 2020 we built out the basement to accommodate more friends and family, and of course when there is more friends and family that just means more fun! We finished the basement with 18 bunk beds, a theater room, a kitchen, and 2 more bathrooms. While life gets busy for us, we knew we would be doing a disservice if we did not give others the opportunity to make memories in this mountain getaway!
