All the comforts of home with the views of a lifetime. This spacious, almost 2000 square foot home boasts granite counter tops, tile flooring and a master bedroom with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. There are flat screens throughout the home but with a view like the one from this home's balcony you may never even turn them on. Enjoy the glass walk-in shower in the master bath and the lovely bath/shower combo in the hall bath. All this and everything the resort offer is sure to make this home a vacation favorite.

This amazing condo is centrally located near nightlife and entertainment. Take a short one-mile walk to explore the bustle and shops of Pier Park or take a short drive to enjoy a delicious cocktail at the tropical bar.
Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee per vehicle registration - this also cover the amenities

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 11.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had plenty of room. The view off the balcony was amazing. Sterling Breeze seemed family friendly. It was much less crowded than many of the other Condo’s. Overall it was nice just really disappointed with no grill.

Family beach trip - family of 9

The condo was perfect! Large enough for two families (total of 9 people). Each room was very spacious and clean. The one negative was there wasn't a ramp to walk a wagon down to the beach. We ended up carrying it down the steps, but I dont remember reading or seeing that when making our reservation. (That would not stop us from coming here again!). The garbage disposal was leaking the first full day we arrived, maintenance quickly came that day and replaced it and were in and out within a few hours. Overall, I cant wait to book here again!

Nice place, everything as stated

The condo was clean, staff was friendly, and the door code was easy to use! The mattresses in the master bedrooms need replaced but everything else was just fine. The condo itself is roomy and spacious with great views. We would stay here again for the price.

Very spacious, but we had issues.

The unit was very very spacious and the view was great. There are several small things that need to be taken care of. I suggest a complete walk through. (Things falling off of the walls, dryer doesn't work well, dish washer problems, etc. )The biggest problem was the ac going out and being forced to move to another unit. There is also loud construction next door and on the street out front. It's close to Pier Park, but the other end of Panama is so much better.

Seabreeze Jazz Vacation

Clean. Friendly staff. Lots of room. Bunk beds need to be replaced! Uncomfortable and squeaky! Knobs missing from most of the drawers in the bunkbed room.

You get what you pay for it .

The people at the front were friendly and the pool was clean . But the room was very outdated . The couches were dirty and hard to sit on . The mattress had a slight lean to it as well

Very spacious, overall nice stay

The condo had plenty of room for all 8 of us. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. However, one of the master beds was not comfortable at all. One side had a large dip in the mattress. The WiFi didn’t cover the whole condo, only half of it. But other than those things, it was a very nice stay.

Great size for 10 people!

We had a party of 10 (8 teenagers) in this unit and the space was perfect. Elevators have been an issue in other buildings, but not bad here at all. We only waited ten minutes at most on checkout day for an elevator. The slipcovers on the couch and chairs desperately need to be replaced. We simply covered them with a sheet in order to sit on them. We did not use the sofa bed. Great location! Nice beach access and pool.

Great Space but Poor Upkeep

The space in this unit was great. The view and beach, perfect. The upkeep wasn't so great. The furniture was very worn. The kitchen table chairs weren't stable. It could use a deep clean,some maintenance, and fresh paint. Towel racks and toilet paper holders were broken. The washing machine and dryer didn't work very well, the clothes were not getting clean and you had to run the dryer at least twice to get your stuff dry. The door handle, in the master bedroom leading to the balcony, was broken. We love sterling breeze, but this unit wasn't the best.

Condo 1107

The condo was a great spot to vacation. The huge 3 bedroom 3 bathroom was a plus for me and my family. Very spacious and with a great view of the ocean. The updated Adirondack chairs makes for a great place to sit and enjoy. The master bedroom was spacious with a nice big shower the only complaint would be the mattress needs updated there is a huge dip on the left side. Kitchen and living room was great and had all the things you would need to cook breakfast and sit at the dining table. The washer and dryer were great but if you had a big load of clothes it did take 3 or more rounds for them to be dry. The kids bedroom was great with the bunk beds but the lamp didn't have a bulb in it and the TV remote needed batteries. The 2nd master bedroom with the kitchenette was great with the added small balcony for viewing you could see the street and the ocean as well! The chairs do need to be updated as they are old and could break at any minute. The second master was great with a big king size bed and an average size bathroom! Overall our stay was great and suited us perfectly for what we needed.

Needs updated

The location is perfect. The layout is perfect for a 10 person group. However, the living room furniture is so dirty and stained it probably won’t come clean. The pull out mattress was stained so we didn’t even use it. It was very dingy and needs replaced. Lots of little things are broken, like towel holders, toilet paper holders, wall fixtures. All just barely hanging on to the drywall. There is No way to watch TV in the bedroom, smart TVs are cheap, and would be a great investment, as well as a keurig, and an air fryer. These would be small investments in what could be a 5 star place; and perhaps was many years ago. The overall complex was well kept and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and east beach access. I would stay here again IF some upgrades were made.

Condo is nasty!

All around the condo is big but it was so nasty! The couch is stained and gross, the couch bed was so nasty and you were sleeping on springs. The walls have stains and marks and dirt all over them. The door going into the other part of the condo was absolutely disgusting! The towel rack in the master bathroom was coming off the wall, couldnt use it. We had to get extra blankets because there were none in the condo. I have stayed at Sterling Breeze for 5 years and I have never had a dirty room like this one. We had to buy a sheet and put it on the couch because it was so nasty. One of the chairs in the living room was just stained and dirty! Paid 3 grand for a week and I felt like I was sleeping in pure filth. I really think we should get a refund for the cleaning because it was NOT clean.

Almost everything the other reviews mentioned is accurate: nice location, room itself is kind of gross. On the bunk beds, the top railing comes completely out making it unsafe for kids to sleep up there. Mold all around the a/c registers in the ceiling..is that why all of our family left sick? Walls were super dirty with black hand prints and scuff marks throughout the unit. Living room chairs we’re disgusting, looked like a chimney sweeper had been lounging in them. I don’t even want to know what the couch looked like under the old couch cover that was on it. Grill did not work. Room is in need of some major updates and deep cleaning for sure. Be sure to bring spices, toilet paper, blankets, and bath towels—the 6 provided will not last you. To top it off, all of the property staff we encountered were rude. I think we heard “that’s not our problem” at least three times from them when asking different questions? Plenty of other options on the beach so save yourself the disappointment and stay elsewhere.

We love PCB

Our family have been vacationing in PCB since their early 2000’s, we simply love it. We have stayed at different condo/buildings over the years, and this is our second consecutive trip to stay at sterling breeze. We love the building, pool, and location. The Vacasa staff were fantastic. I received calls, texts and emails both on the lead up to the trip as well as while i was there. The check in and check out was flawless. Now, the room. Let me first say that the room was clean (sanitary) when we arrived. Floors, kitchen counter tops, bathrooms, bed linens, all were clean. But the room itself did not look as great as the pictures indicate. Just as I told the Vacasa staff, a coat of paint on the entire condo, would do wonders. The walls had lots of marks and scratches. Also a couple of the outlet plates were broken exposing the outlets. (Not safe for children). The doors throughout the unit also needed a good coat of paint. Went to hang a towel in the master bathroom and it fell off the wall. And probably the worst off all was the living room furniture. All of the furniture in the bedrooms could use a coat of paint, just really beat up, but the two chairs and sofa in the living room, were really kinda gross. We put sheet over the two chairs. The sofa had a miss fitting cover over it, that caused it to look rather trashy. We had to remove one of the dining room table chairs so no would sit in it because the screws were so loose. I’m really not complaining, we stayed to entire week, and had a wonderful time. We are however, fairly easy going folks. I know a number of people who would be less accommodating. Again , let me emphasize that the room was clean (sanitary) but the room is in need of a moderated make over. I should also add that our listing did not include (written) a grill, although the grill was pictured in the add. Well, there is a grill, but it does not work. It’s an electric grill and , in my opinion, could be easily removed to make more deck space, if it is not going to be fixed. I spoke to the Vacasa staff about all of these issues, and they were very kind and understanding, although unable to do anything about them other than to make note of my issues. We love PCB, and we have really come to enjoy Steerling Breeze, and we will defiantly look to stay again.

Awesome vacation at sterling breeze 1107

I love the unit very comfy, clean and sanitize. The bedroom and bathroom are nice and clean as well as kitchen. Gorgeous front view at the beach. Overall very good. I will definitely return this place in the next trip. And I will recommend this place to our friends and family.

Great stay!

We stayed at Sterling Breeze 1107. Check-in was flawless, condo was clean and stocked. The only reason for Four Stars is the limitation of just two parking passes. We needed three.

Would Stay Again

There were a few minor issues (TV not working in bunk room, bathroom sink clogged in 2nd bedroom). Called and reported this the next morning, and both problems were taken care of the same day. Overall, I'd like to make arrangements to use this condo for our annual trip again next year.
